Transcript

Use this meditation or affirmations when you are stressed out and trying to fight with your thoughts and emotions.

Start by sitting comfortably in one place with your body and your back supported.

Listen to your breath,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

One last time,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Now I want you to listen to this and maybe,

If possible,

Repeat after me.

I am frustrated.

I am angry.

I am sad.

I am disappointed.

And I am allowing myself to feel any or all of these emotions right now.

I give myself permission to feel all these emotions because I am human.

I allow my body to process these emotions and release it whenever I am ready.

I give myself permission to feel anything and everything in this very moment.

I release any judgment towards my emotions.

I don't label them as negative or positive.

I just want to stay with my emotions right now.

I am kind towards myself as I feel these emotions.

I am compassionate towards myself as I allow myself to process these emotions.

Even if it hurts to experience them,

I know I am capable of processing this hurt.

I choose to embrace myself in this pain,

In this hurt and honor my emotions.

I release the need to be consoled or validated or suppress them.

I release the need to ignore them.

Instead,

I am choosing to embrace them and learn through them.

I am allowing myself to sit in this moment,

Even though it's uncomfortable,

But it is very important for me to feel these in my body,

In my heart.

I give myself permission to cry it out and release them.

I give myself permission to be raw,

To be vulnerable.

I choose to love myself through this.

I choose to respect myself through this process.

I choose to honor myself through this process.

And as I allow these emotions in my body,

I'm also creating space consciously to release them.

And as I release these emotions and create space,

I know that something beautiful and empowering will come out of this.

I am so proud of my awareness for these emotions.

I give myself permission to feel all of it as I release them out in the universe.

Even in this vulnerable moment of my life,

I am powerful.

I am honoring this journey.

I am so proud of how far I've come and I'm curious to see what this leads to.

I am no longer defined by just my emotions.

I'm much more beyond that.

And as I give myself permission to feel all of this,

I'm empowering myself to see the wisdom within this.

I am enough through this process.

I am strong in this moment.

I choose to ask for help if it becomes unbearable.

I choose to release it in whatever way I feel is correct in this very moment.

It may be by writing it down and burning it down to ashes.

It may be crying it out by myself.

It may be going out and doing something physical or it may be by talking to someone or I can create my own way to deal with this.

I embrace my inner child,

My unhealed part,

My hurt part through this.

I embrace my darkness and I honor my journey through this.

As I choose to embrace all of me with everything that's going on right now,

I feel empowered.

And as I do this over and over again,

I know that I'm there for myself always.

And this is how I love myself unconditionally,

Unapologetically,

All of me,

Just the way I am in this very moment.

I love myself.

I am my best friend.

I am the divine.

I am the universe.

Do this over and over again as many times as you feel like and then maybe follow up with an intense,

Quick,

Short breath work.

I hope you find courage in this time with much love,

Universe.
