If you've been feeling stressed,
Fed up with work,
Insecure about a relationship,
Feeling disappointed,

Overwhelmed,

Unmotivated,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Let's see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner world.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhaling old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the belly and exhale relaxing the belly.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing your hands and feet.
Opening the heart.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale letting go of self-hate.
Feeling any self-hate,
Leave the mind,
Leave the body.
So breathing compassion.
And exhale letting go of anger.
Feeling sadness,
Disappointment,
Despair.
Leave the mind,
Leave the body.
As you breathe in faith.
And exhale letting go.
Letting go of shame.
As you breathe in forgiveness.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the mind.
Not minding the mind,
But letting it unwind.
As you take your time to breathe.
Relaxing the breath.
Feeling the breath drop down from the chest into the bottom of the stomach.
Feeling the shoulders fall away from the ears.
Coming back into acceptance.
Embracing all that's here.
Remembering all that's here has its own purpose that it's fulfilling.
So not being antagonistic towards all these little things in our life.
But seeing that they have a purpose,
They have a reason,
That they have a teaching.
Holding the breath at the top.
And exhale.
Let go.
