Welcome back my friend.

You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host MAMUNE,

Back with another music meditation.

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just to come back to our center.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sat,

Bringing more awareness to your whole body,

To your posture,

To your temperature,

To the inner sensations,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

Witnessing and welcoming your inner world.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing the anxiety,

The overwhelm,

The goodness,

All of it is welcome.

Dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing your jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the hands and feet.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Breathing in new life,

New energy.

Exhale,

Old life,

Old energy.

Letting go of past,

Letting go of future as you breathe in this moment.

Exhale with awareness.

Breathing in trust.

Exhale deepening trust.

Coming back to faith and the unfolding of life.

No worries as you breathe in love.

And exhale deepening love.

Feeling love spread through the body and rise up the spine all the way to the top of the crown.

Breathing love up the spine.

And exhale love back down the spine.

I want you to visualize that your whole back has become like pure space,

Like the night sky.

Open,

Cool,

Shimmering with stars.

I want you to visualize that the back of your head is just space.

Breathing into this space and exhale falling back into the space.

Relaxing into openness.

Taking a deep breath in and three exhales out the nose.

Three inhales through the nose.

Three exhales out the nose.

Three inhales through the nose.

Three exhales out the nose.

Allowing your breath to return to normal,

Silent breathing.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

I want you to allow your mind total freedom to think.

Thoughts coming back into your awareness.

Awareness aware of awareness.

Being present with your presence.

Being love.

The color for today.

Silver.

The number is two.

Is a gazelle.

We cannot listen to the communication,

The signs.

They are always there to guide our way,

To guide our path.
