This element sits within the Libras, Gemini and Aquarius. Libra: Cardinal Air Aquarius: Fixed Air Gemini: Mutable Air. Air is your creativity, your flow, your open-mindedness. Think about a time where you have been almost in a state of so much flow, where everything felt right, ready, and fit for you. When all the energy was coming towards you and you knew the direction you were supposed to take. That is the air element in total balance.

Hello and welcome.

This meditation is best practiced with headphones in.

This is the air element meditation.

The air element lies in the signs of Libra,

Gemini,

And Aquarius.

I invite you now to sit down and work finding a comfortable seat.

Maybe releasing our necks or jaws and slowly moving until you can eventually find stillness.

Feel free to pause this here while you're getting comfortable if you need some extra time.

Also,

You are safe here.

I will keep time for you.

I will let you know when it's time to return to the room around you.

So just let go and allow.

Allow your eyes to close here or find a soft gaze in front of you.

And I want you to take a deep breath here.

Again,

Just settling into our space.

Not trying to change anything but just noticing how we feel and breathing into any spots that may need just a little extra love.

Breathing into our chest and releasing.

Breathing into our bellies,

Feeling the rise and the fall of the air.

And as you breathe in,

Allowing your natural thoughts,

Your natural rhythm to stay.

Don't try and change anything that comes up or push away any ideals.

Just allow them to flow through you.

And if you need to bring yourself back into a focus,

Repeat out loud or in your head.

I embrace the winds of change.

Using that as an affirmation to return to your breath as thoughts come up.

Just breathing here,

Again into our bodies,

Breathing into our hips and just letting go.

Breathing into our legs and just letting go.

Breathing down our legs,

Into our kneecaps,

Our ankles,

Our shins,

And just letting go.

Letting go of any shoulder tension.

Letting go of our hands are clenching.

Not working to deepen the breath here,

Not working to change anything.

Just letting go.

Just allowing your natural rhythm,

Your natural flow,

Your natural thoughts to be.

And breathing here.

I embrace the winds of change.

We're going to notice that there's a sense of uncomfortability in the silence and the stillness.

Or notice if your mind wanders,

Fills with ideals and thoughts.

And just breathe here into anything that comes up.

Again,

Not trying to change anything.

We're just acknowledging and letting go.

This meditation today will tap you in to your free flowing self.

Yourself without restrictions swaying in a field of tall grass and a warm breeze.

In this meditation,

We're going to focus on the air that flows through you.

The life force of the breath that you hold.

And the air element is so strong in thoughts and freedom.

And start deepening your breath here.

Just taking two or three deep breaths,

Focusing on deepening your inhale and deepening your exhale.

Release your inhale and mahala mentality.

There's no other way out.

I'm just gonna keep focusing here on deepening your breath.

Feel safe in this space to make an audible exhale and an audible inhale.

I'm gonna keep deepening your breath here.

And deepen your breath to feel the last sip of air that your body can fill with and the feeling inside of you.

And as you deepen your breath here,

Start to visualize yourself expanding.

Maybe it comes up physically and you see yourself wrapping around the world and laying on top of Mother Nature as an umbrella.

Maybe here you expand emotionally and you feel all of your emotions and connect to your highest source.

But as you deepen your breath here,

Focus on your visualization of expanding.

And together here,

We're going to allow a slow pause after each inhale.

Breathing in,

Holding,

And breathing out.

Let's start here together.

And now as you hold after each inhale,

Visualize yourself expanding.

Breathe in,

Hold,

Expand,

And release.

Breathe in,

Hold,

Expand,

And release.

Do you feel yourself expanding?

Do you feel the air flowing through you,

Filling you up,

Expanding with new energy?

We're going to slowly allow your natural breath to return to rhythm.

Let's breathe in here for a moment and listening to the words that are spoken.

Dry,

Brittle,

Compulsive.

The air trapped into small spaces to become stagnant,

Unsure how to flow out,

Building pressure,

Building compulsion.

Until you're floating too high,

Flowing without direction,

A balloon releasing all of the air.

This is the air element.

However,

This is the air element when out of balance.

Curiosity flowing,

Creativity,

New beginnings,

Independence,

Thirst for knowledge,

Telling stories,

Fast action,

Natural essence with informing new relationships,

Power and ideas,

Intention.

This is the air element within.

This is the air element when in balance.

Dear one,

The air element stands in harmony,

A delicate dance,

The wind bristling the trees.

Allow your natural essence to flow through you.

Dear one,

You hold so much power in thoughts and in grounding.

Fast,

Light and flowing.

You hold a flexible power,

A power in connection and community.

Dear one,

Choose to see change as your blessing.

And just breathe here.

Breathe into the times that change,

Storms your days.

Where the air was stagnant,

Pressured or compulsed.

Now breathe here,

Dear one.

And again,

Choose to see that change as your blessing and think of all the times that change allowed you to grow,

To create,

To become.

You are the air flowing through the world and you can harness the winds for positive change.

Now together,

We'll place one hand on our heart and one hand on our throat,

Very gently.

And we're going to breathe here and repeat out loud or in our head.

I accept the process of change within the air element.

I invite the air element in to allow movement,

Flexibility and trust.

I ask that the universe that holds the air element and the air element within me to teach me grace and reconnect my natural essence of optimism and root power of inner strength.

I accept the process of change within the air element.

I invite the air element in to allow movement,

Flexibility and trust.

I ask the air element that flows through the universe and the air element that flows within me to teach me grace and reconnect me with my natural essence of optimism and my root power of inner strength.

I accept the process of change within the air element.

I invite the air element in to allow movement,

Flexibility and trust.

I ask the air element within me to teach me grace and reconnect me to my natural essence of optimism and root power of inner strength.

And now breathe here,

Dear one.

Breathe in the air element.

Breathe out the air element.

Breathe in the air element.

And we're going to breathe in together.

And breathe out.

Slowly allow your hands to drop from your belly and your throat into your lap.

Just acknowledging how we feel here,

Where our thoughts are,

How our body feels.

Did you feel like you were able to expand?

Do you feel the air flow through you?

And as you're ready here,

Dear one,

Slowly wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

And I ask you here to cover your eyes.

Take one final breath in.

And one final breath out.

And open your eyes as you're ready.
