Through simple breath awareness and compassionate guidance, you’ll ease self-criticism, calm overthinking, and rebuild a kinder relationship with yourself. This short practice supports acceptance, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, especially when you feel like you’re never doing or being “enough.” You’ll be invited to soften your inner voice, breathe into your body, and remember that progress is always better than perfection. Designed to be supportive, this track fits easily into busy days when you may feel overwhelmed by work or your to-do list. Featuring music by Matt Moore Zzyzx When to listen: - Morning — to begin lightly and intentionally - Afternoon — to reset mid-day stress and perfectionist pressure - Evening — to unwind, let go of the day, and soften self-judgement before rest

Welcome,

My name's Sandhya,

And this letting go of perfectionism meditation is for moments when you feel stuck from overthinking,

Procrastination,

Or you're wondering if you've done enough.

Take a moment to settle in for this short practice,

And take a slow,

Easy breath in through your nose,

And a long,

Gentle breath out through your mouth.

And as you breathe,

Notice any tension in the body that comes from trying to get things just right.

Perhaps you notice it in your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your thoughts.

Just notice.

And perhaps,

With the exhale,

This begins to soften a little.

Know you are doing your best.

Perfectionism may be the mind's way of keeping you safe.

But you are already safe.

And you are already enough.

You are already safe.

And you are already enough.

Take another slow,

Easy breath in.

And release.

Soften on the exhale.

What if starting,

Even imperfectly,

Is the bravest thing to do?

I invite you today to move forward lightly with kindness and compassion.

Invite the learning,

Embrace the growing,

And know you are doing beautifully,

Exactly as you are.

From my heart to yours,

I'm wishing you blessings for your day.

Take one more slow,

Deep breath in now.

Exhale,

Letting go and opening the eyes,

Ready for this wonderful day.
