Hello and welcome,

My name is Sandhya and I'm so glad you're here.

This short daily morning ritual is your space to begin the day with calm,

Clarity and kindness.

You'll be invited to slow down and connect with your breath and release any lingering tension from yesterday to find yourself a comfortable position to create space today for peace and focus.

Allow your eyes to soften,

Take a slow easy breath in through your nose and a long gentle breath out through your mouth and continue that deep breathing in through the nose and a long gentle breath out through your mouth.

Feel the surface beneath you holding you and supporting you.

Maybe you notice a body softening here,

The shoulders,

The jaw and the belly letting go as you breathe in fresh clear energy and breathe out anything you no longer need.

Each breath is a quiet invitation to begin again.

Place one hand at your heart center at the center of the chest and feel the weight of your hand.

A reminder you are here and you are enough.

This is your moment to begin again and now allow an intention to arise for the day and allow that word or feeling to gently rest in your heart glowing like the morning light take another easy breath in and exhale and if you wish repeat silently or alone I invite calm I am peaceful and I am ready for today allow these words to settle inside you like sunlight spreading warmth and steadiness throughout your body now begin to notice the sounds around you and the gentle rhythm of your breath and when you're ready begin to open your eyes and carry in this calm intention with you for the rest of the day from my heart to yours wishing you a beautiful day
