Welcome,

I'm so glad you're here.

This is a short practice to help you gently explore your relationship with money,

Abundance and self-worth.

If it feels comfortable,

Settle your body,

Sitting or lying down or simply pausing wherever you are.

Soften your shoulders,

Your jaw and allow a long slow exhale.

Just arriving in this moment.

We will cover three phases of managing your emotions around money.

First one is release,

The second is regulate,

The third is receive.

So let's start with the first one,

Release.

Let's begin by noticing any thoughts or feelings about money that are present with you right now.

You may have thoughts about your bank balance or bills arriving.

Maybe someone has asked you how your business is going or your partner or a family member are talking about the economy in a negative way.

You might feel worry,

Shame or fear.

Many feel anxiety over money,

No matter how much or little they have.

Whatever comes,

Allow it to be here without judgment.

You don't need to change anything,

Simply notice.

Now take a slow breath in and gently breathe out for the count of four and again in two three four and out two three four.

Imagine that with each exhale you're releasing any tension,

Fear or scarcity thinking that you've been carrying.

Let it fall away,

Let it soften.

As this is coming from your thinking around money,

Your thoughts will come and go all day long.

You can get stuck in a loop around these thoughts and this is what creates the anxiety.

Allow the thoughts to come and go like clouds passing in the sky.

This is your release moment,

Letting go of old stories about not being enough,

Not having enough or past financial struggles.

Take a breath in and as you exhale,

Feel gratitude for these things because they are not who you are.

Allow this gratitude to settle in your body.

Notice how it shifts your energy.

Next we're going to move on to the second phase,

Regulate.

When you think of the feeling that comes up for you around money,

Where can you feel it in your body?

Drop down from your busy mind into your body and see where your feeling is.

Mine is often in my throat,

My heart or my belly,

But there's no right place.

Allow a moment to feel where there are sensations in your body and pause there for a moment.

You may simply want to sit with this sensation for a few moments.

You may want to ask it if it has a message for you.

When I first started doing this work,

I got a clear message from my throat that said,

It's safe to use your voice.

This had huge impact on marketing in my business and it's totally fine not to get a sense or hear anything for now.

It took me a long time to get out of my head and feel anything.

Let's take another breath together.

In for the count of four and out for the count of four.

In two,

Three,

Four and out two,

Three,

Four.

One more time.

In two,

Three,

Four and out two,

Three,

Four.

Finally,

We move into the third phase,

Receive.

Now that your mind is calmer and your energy steadier,

Open to the nudges,

Ideas and opportunities that might be coming to you.

And even if you're not feeling any different at this point,

That's absolutely fine too.

Be where you are right now.

Money can flow in so many ways.

It can come through clients,

Through paid work,

Through creative ideas,

Unexpected sources.

Money is always moving.

Trust that abundance is possible and that your worth does not depend on having money right now.

Now gently bring your awareness to what you already have.

Notice the abundance present in your life,

Your home,

Your loved one,

Your skills,

Your experiences.

There is abundance everywhere,

Even small things like finding 10 cents on the ground.

Reminders,

Abundance is everywhere.

Take another slow breath in and fully exhale.

And before you move on with your day,

Consider spending a few minutes jandling to help you with this phase of receive.

What wealth already exists in your life?

How can I manage my nervous system when I start to worry about money?

Could I simply allow the thoughts to pass like clouds?

What inspired action could you take today to invite more abundance?

If it feels supportive,

You might reach for a journal and write things down or simply reflect inwardly.

Ask yourself,

What is one thing I can do today to get money moving?

Be open to what comes throughout your day after listening.

And if it feels right,

Return to this track daily over the next few weeks,

Letting it be a gentle anchor as your money mindset shifts and your next season unfolds.

It doesn't have to be big,

Just one small inspired action.

Listen for the nudges.

There are messages everywhere.

See it as playful,

As a game,

A way to experiment with abundance rather than any pressure.

And now imagine yourself embodying the kind of person who naturally attracts wealth.

Quietly in your mind,

Finish this sentence.

I am the kind of person who.

.

Maybe you're grounded,

Confident,

Resourceful,

Open to receive.

Allow yourself to feel these qualities growing inside you.

Take one final deep breath.

In two,

Three,

And when you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders gently and lift your attention back to the day ahead.
