Welcome,

And thank you for joining me for this guided breathing practice.

Over the next several minutes,

We'll focus on calming the mind,

Grounding the body,

And finding peace through intentional breath work.

This time is just for you.

A moment to reset and recharge.

Let's begin.

Start by finding a comfortable position.

You can sit upright with your feet flat on the floor,

Or lie down if that feels better for you.

Gently close your eyes and soften your gaze,

Allowing yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

A deep breath in,

And a slow,

Steady exhale.

Feel your body begin to soften and relax.

For the next few minutes,

We'll settle into a simple breathing pattern.

Inhale for a count of four.

Keep going at your own pace.

Feel the rise of your chest as you inhale,

And the gentle release as you exhale.

Each breath washing away tension and filling you with calm.

Imagine it melting away with each exhale.

Take one last deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes or bring your awareness back to the room.

Thank yourself for taking this time to nurture your body and your mind.
