Hello,

This is Sheena Starr and welcome to my morning practice.

Today I would like to share with you a practice that I have taught,

Lived,

And demonstrated.

This practice helps me to set the perfect trajectory for my day and at the same time awaken a sacred power of presence in each moment.

This practice helps me see more clearly and most importantly to help me make better decisions.

And I know if you practice this too,

You will also have the same impact in your life.

So let's begin.

First I want you to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and gently get yourself comfortable.

In meditation comfort is key,

So you want to find a place where you're not going to be disturbed and your body can fully relax.

Now just rest yourself in and together let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently let that go.

And now allow your eyelids to gently float closed.

And again let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and gently release.

Now I want you to continue to watch your breath,

Just witness it,

As I guide you through the same exact practice that I do every day.

And you can go ahead and take pieces of this meditation that I have created and create your own morning sacred practice.

Keep witnessing your breath,

Keep watching it.

Let's begin this morning practice by asking yourself a few sacred questions.

First ask yourself Who am I?

Who am I?

And simply keep asking yourself this question over and over.

Sometimes answers will arise,

Sometimes there will be no answers.

Just simply keep asking,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Now is a perfect time to begin your dialogue with your inner self and the universe.

Who am I?

Up next let's ask ourself,

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Who am I grateful for?

Who am I grateful for?

And just allow those answers to flow.

And now let's ask ourselves,

Do I agree that I cannot step into the past to change it?

Do I agree that I cannot step into my past to change it?

Next,

Do I agree that I cannot step into my future to force it?

Do I agree that I cannot step into my future to force it?

And just let those questions resonate.

Next I want you to ask yourself,

Do I have the patience to wait until my mud settles and my water is clear?

Do I have the patience to wait until my mud settles and my water is clear?

Next I want you to ask yourself,

Do I give myself permission to show up right now as my best,

Most brilliant,

Creative version of myself?

Do I give myself permission right now to show up as my best,

Most brilliant,

Creative version of myself?

And lastly,

We will ask ourselves,

Am I willing to breathe deeply in this moment and awaken my best version of myself?

Am I willing to breathe deeply in this moment and awaken the best version of myself?

And now with me take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

And as we exhale,

We're going to let go of all those questions and all those answers.

We will just leave it up to the universe and our inner self to sort it all out.

And exhale,

Release.

And now I want to invite an intention.

Let's invite an intention into our life.

Because intention and attention is where everything begins.

So with me,

Let's invite an intention into our awareness.

And if you're not sure what that intention should be,

Ask yourself this question.

What does my heart long for right now?

And if it helps you go ahead and put your hand on your heart.

And ask yourself again,

What does my heart long for right now?

Whatever answers come to you,

Invite them in.

Invite an intention to manifest them,

To create,

To attract,

To bring you one step closer to the fulfillment of your deepest desires.

Allow that intention to fully form.

When you're clear,

Now invite that intention into your heart.

Let it settle in to your pure,

Beautiful,

Tender heart.

Feel it nestle in.

Feel it take hold.

And feel it merging with the beating of your heart.

Now I want you to plant this intention like a seed in the soil of your heart.

I want you to visualize it taking root.

And as you're visualizing this intention taking root into your heart,

I want you to take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And while you're breathing in,

Raise your chest up.

Let the universe touch you.

And bless that intention.

And now release.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Let it go.

We will leave it up to the universe to answer.

We will leave it up to our spirit to sort out all those little tiny details.

And now that we have released that intention into the universe,

Let's breathe some unconditional healing light.

Unconditional love and kindness.

Okay?

So let's breathe in.

Feel it expand into your heart.

And release.

Feel it just flow out with gratitude into the world.

Again,

Let's breathe in.

Healing light.

And let go of gratitude.

Again,

Breathe in healing light.

And let go with gratitude.

Just let it ripple out into the world.

You are a channel of healing light.

You are a channel of love.

Breathe it in one more time.

Feel your heart expand fully.

Feel your heart.

Fill it with that unconditional healing love.

And release it back out into the world.

Again,

Breathe in.

You are pure.

You are whole.

And you are perfect.

This is a space where healing begins.

So let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Imagine that healing light filling your heart,

Filling your entire body.

Healing you.

And release.

Now I want to take this a little deeper.

I want you to imagine that someone in your life right now,

Someone who is suffering or struggling,

Someone who may be in pain,

May be exhausted.

And I want you to draw a thread from your perfect filled heart and connect that thread to their heart.

Okay?

We're going to breathe in healing light into ourselves and pass it along that thread and give it into their heart.

Okay?

So just imagine them in your mind.

And I want you to inhale slowly.

Take in that healing light,

That healing energy,

And release along that thread.

Pass that healing love along that thread right into their heart.

Do it again.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Take in that sweet,

Nourishing,

Healing love.

Feel it come into your heart.

And release.

Feel it move out along that thread,

Connecting your heart to theirs.

And watch them.

They will heal.

They will feel their pain dissipate.

You will feel their suffering,

Their struggling dissipate.

And one more time,

We're going to take that long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Feel your heart expand.

It's so wide.

It's so bright with love.

It's empowered.

It is filled with that healing light.

And flow it on along that line,

Along that thread,

Right into their heart,

Whether they're near or far or in the beyond.

Feel kindness.

Feel sweetness flow through you.

Forgiveness.

Compassion.

Healing and love.

Flow it along.

And at this time,

I want you to continue to watch your breath as it flows into your body.

Notice it.

Notice how it's relaxing you.

Notice your mind is calming down.

Notice that your body is releasing and relaxing.

Notice that whatever turbulence is on the outside of you,

Or the turbulence that is inside of you,

It has now slowed.

There is nowhere else for you to be.

There's nothing else that is expected of you right now.

Right here is your sacred,

Precious,

Present moment.

Now,

I want you to go a little deeper with me right now.

We're going to go ahead and use an affirmation,

And I'm going to guide you through this.

We're going to repeat it silently over and over,

And we will connect this affirmation to the stillness,

To the silence that rests within us,

Within the space between our thoughts,

The space between our breaths,

Between our words and our activities.

This space is pure,

Pure oneness.

And as you repeat these affirmations,

You may drift away to some thoughts.

You may drift away to some sounds.

You may even drift away from physical sensation,

And that's okay.

But when you realize you've drifted away,

I want you to ever so gently drift yourself back,

Back to the affirmation,

Back to the affirmation.

The affirmation that we're going to use today is,

I am loved.

I am healed.

I am whole.

And by repeating this affirmation over and over,

All of the energy in your body,

In your heart,

And your mind,

All aspects of your being will become aligned with yourself,

And the universe and yourself will be one.

And remember,

When you're repeating this affirmation,

It may change.

It may get louder.

Even though you may be repeating these affirmations silently,

They may get louder.

They may get fainter.

They may come on faster or even slower.

However,

It changes.

Don't resist.

Allow it.

Allow it to flow naturally.

And when you realize you're no longer repeating it because you've drifted away,

Ever so gently drift back to the affirmation.

Drift back to the affirmation.

Okay?

Just drift back.

Be gentle with yourself.

I'll watch the time for you.

And when you hear the chime ring,

Just sit gently with your eyes closed.

Let's begin.

Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence really settle in.

And now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And gently let it go.

Let's do that one more time.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Gently release it.

Gently let it go.

And now let's seal the intention that we've planted,

The answers to our questions,

That flow,

The stillness and the silence that we've connected to,

And the fact that we've set a trajectory,

Planted a seed of stillness and silence that will follow us throughout the entire day.

Patience,

Creativity,

Compassion,

Peace of mind.

These will be a part of our every thought,

Words,

And actions.

So with me,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

When it feels comfortable,

You can open your eyes,

Slowly wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

And repeat with me,

I am loved.

I am whole.

I am peace.

And I am healed.

Throughout your day,

If you notice that you're getting constricted,

Or you're feeling tired,

Or sad,

Or even frustrated,

Or maybe you're feeling like you're dimming your light,

I want you to silently repeat your affirmation,

I am whole.

I am loved.

I am peace.

Remind yourself to stay in this space.

Allow blessings to flow through you and unfold throughout your day.

From the stillness between breaths,

I send you peace,

Until we meet again in the quiet beyond.
