悲心观(一)

这辑音频引领我们深入「悲心观」的修习。悲心观的核心,是感同身受的「拔苦」——真诚祈愿一切众生能从身心的煎熬中解脱。 练习始于让自身安定:从头至脚放松,或随呼吸沉静,在平稳的基座上,才能盛载他人的苦。接着,我们持守两个根本知见:了知众生皆由身心组成,并以此为缘,深切祝福他们远离一切苦迫。 本次修习,我们将这份悲悯的心流,专注导向三类亟需温暖的众生:内心烦恼炽盛、不得安宁者;身心受病痛或障碍所困者;以及孤独无依、缺乏陪伴的个体。透过清晰观想与重复祝愿,我们学习让心柔软敞开,将解脱痛苦的恳切愿望,平等地传递给他们。 这不仅是祝福的给予,更是心灵的训练——在感知苦的同时,不被淹没,反而生起清净的勇气与宽广的包容。 祝福对象: 一、烦恼常现前者 二、残障智障者 三、弧苦伶仃者
