Welcome,

And good morning.

Before you step into the day ahead,

Let's take a few minutes to ground ourselves.

To arrive fully into this new moment with clarity and calm.

Start by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes softly,

And take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for just a moment,

And then gently exhale through your mouth,

Releasing anything that may have followed you from yesterday.

Let this breath be your first step into today,

Fresh and new.

Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

With each inhale,

Notice the air filling your body with life.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself sinking more deeply into the present,

Letting go of any tension or resistance.

As you breathe,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the support of the surface beneath you,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest.

This body has carried you through so much,

And today,

It's here to carry you again.

Take a moment to appreciate this quiet strength within you.

Now imagine that with every breath,

You're filling yourself with a gentle energy of kindness and ease.

Inhaling,

Feel that calm spreading through your body.

Exhaling,

Release any heaviness or worry that may be lingering.

You are stepping into this day with a clear mind and an open heart.

As you continue to breathe,

Silently ask yourself,

What do I need today?

Let the answer arise naturally.

Maybe you need patience,

Courage,

Or gentleness.

Whatever it is,

Know that this need is valid and you can offer it to yourself throughout the day.

Now gently set an intention for your day.

It could be as simple as,

I will move through today with kindness,

Or I will stay present in each moment.

Let this intention settle softly in your heart,

Something you can return to whenever the day feels overwhelming.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine yourself stepping into this day with calm,

Clarity,

And a sense of openness.

Feel the strength of your body,

The clarity of your mind,

And the warmth of your heart.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly open your eyes,

And return to the room.
