Experience a 15-minute guided journey on a tropical beach as you reflect on any thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences that no longer serve your highest good or resonate in your life at this time. Sometimes we tend to hold on to the past and it prevents us from moving forward in life. Allow yourself to experience a sense of peace, joy, and relief as you cleanse your body, mind, and spirit and recharge your personal energy field. Greetings,

Dear one.

Let us take a journey on a path of purifying and recharging your energy field,

Cleansing the body,

Mind and spirit of any unnecessary thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions and experiences that no longer serve a purpose in your life at this time,

And to leave with a sense of renewal and recharge.

With healing energy coming into the body,

Mind and spirit,

You may feel a sense of peace,

Joy and gratitude.

This journey will take you on a tropical beach.

As you walk along the sandy shore with the ocean on one side and palm trees and vegetation on the other side,

Allow yourself to experience all your senses as we embark upon this journey.

At this time I invite you to make yourself comfortable either in a seated position with the back supported or lying down.

Taking in a slow,

Deep and cleansing breath through the nose,

And exhaling through the mouth slightly open with the sound of ah.

Continue with several of these cleansing breaths as you allow the body to relax,

Letting go of any tension or discomfort.

When you are ready to begin your journey,

Gently close your eyes,

Bringing your focus inward,

Scanning your awareness throughout your body,

Noticing any feelings or thoughts you have at this time.

Without becoming attached to them,

Just be the silent observer.

As you continue with these relaxing breaths,

Allowing the abdomen to gently rise as you inhale,

And gently fall as you exhale,

Keeping your awareness on the breath as you allow the body to continue to relax.

In your mind's eye,

Visualize your perfect tropical beach.

It may be a place you've visited before,

Seen in a beautiful picture,

Or a place you've always wanted to visit.

Make this your own special private beach.

See the beautiful ocean water,

So clear you can see to the bottom of the ocean floor.

As you gaze at the blue water,

Is it calm and smooth?

Or is it more turbulent and choppy?

How does the water look and sound to you?

What does it smell like?

Is there a breeze,

Or is the air still?

Now turn around and look at the trees of vegetation behind you.

What do you see?

Are there palm trees?

How do they sound?

Do you see plants or flowers?

What color are the flowers?

How do they smell?

As you hold these images in your mind,

We will continue on your journey.

When you are ready,

Turn and begin to walk down the beach.

Feel the sand beneath your bare feet.

What does the sand feel like?

Is it fine or coarse?

Do you sink into the sand as you walk,

Or is it wet from the water and packed down?

Notice the pace you are walking.

You may be going for a slow intentional walk,

Or a fast paced walk.

The air is good.

This is what you need at this time.

When you feel complete,

Look ahead of you and find a place to sit down.

It may be a large piece of driftwood or a beach chair,

Or maybe you decide to sit in the sand or on a blanket.

Just imagine where you desire to sit and reflect at this time.

When you are ready,

Have a seat facing the ocean.

As you look out at the beautiful water,

Observe if the quality has changed or stayed the same since you went for your walk.

Notice any animals or birds that may come into your vision.

Now as you sit,

Begin to reflect on any feelings,

Thoughts or experiences that you have at this time that you feel are no longer beneficial in your life.

What are you ready to release?

What does not serve your highest good?

Take a few moments to allow this to come into your consciousness.

Now as you feel ready to let this go,

Stand up from your seated position and begin to walk towards the water.

Maybe you only walk into your ankles.

Maybe you choose to walk out farther.

Maybe you would like to swim out or just float on your back looking up at the sky.

However you choose to be in the water is what you need at this time.

As you spend a few moments here,

Allow the water to gently wash away the feelings,

Thoughts and experiences that you wish to release at this time.

Giving gratitude for the experiences and how you grew from them,

But no longer desire to hold on to what does not serve your highest good or purpose at this time.

As you feel ready,

Begin your journey back to the beach,

Either swimming or walking back to the shore and exiting the water slowly.

Return to the place you were seated and observe how you feel at this time.

Do you feel lighter,

More joyful,

Peaceful,

Relieved?

Just observe how you feel and know that at any time you can return to your beautiful beach to release.

Now take a moment to lift your face up to the sky and allow the sun to beam onto your face,

Taking in the wonderful energy of the sun and allowing it to recharge and replenish your personal energy.

Remain here until you feel complete.

As you reflect on this journey,

Making mental notes of what you saw,

Felt and experienced so that you may consider journaling about it to deepen your insights.

Or if you choose,

Just let it go.

As you feel complete,

Bring your awareness back to the breath and your surroundings.

Begin to bring gentle movement to your body and as you are ready,

Gently opening your eyes,

Returning with a sense of renewal and recharge,

Knowing that at any time you can return to your special beach to release and recharge.
