Hello,

Hello.

I'm so glad you guys are here.

We are going to drop right into meditation together,

Quieting the noise and really just dropping into our own internal space with my guidance.

And then we will see where it goes from here.

We may do some energy readings.

We may just have a conversation through comments.

We'll see how it goes,

But I think a little internal space is probably exactly what we all need.

The music I have playing is a new album to me.

I haven't listened to it before,

But I feel like it's the perfect frequency to go underneath our meditation.

It is called Heart Chakra Meditation 2,

Coming Home by Karu Nesh with a K.

If you would like to put that on your speaker at home,

I'm going to start with the first song now.

Gave you a little drum beat right there.

Better?

Awesome.

All right.

Let's close our eyes.

We'll go 20 minutes,

So yeah,

About 220,

We'll come back.

You may hear every word.

You may go off into your own journey.

You may feel a lot of things and go in and out.

Whatever your experience is,

It's going to be perfect.

There's a reason that your soul has called you to this little pocket of time and this meditation in this community space.

Let's allow ourselves to land without expectation as much as possible.

To put your feet on the ground,

If you are sitting,

If you're laying down,

Stretch your legs out with your feet firmly planted,

I invite you to call your attention all the way into you.

From all the places where you have been,

All the people you track,

All the tasks and projects you have that need to be managed,

We're just going to leave them to the side for a short pocket of time,

A brief meditation,

So that you can have the experience of being fully here in you to listen,

To hear what it is that your soul,

Your body,

Your consciousness is wanting to show you.

Because we are doing it in community,

It may feel more powerful or amplified,

So use your breath to relax the muscles of your body and allow the frequency of the music to help call your energy back into you,

To guide your consciousness home into your physical form,

Relaxing your muscles as you do that.

When I guide meditation,

I encourage you to bring your energy,

Your focus down through your body to your feet,

And then start to fill your body up with more of your awareness,

More of your energy.

Like a glass of water,

You are pouring your consciousness down to the lowest part of your physical form,

Which then allows space for you to fill up with more.

Not more of anybody else,

More of you.

If you notice a thought coming,

An image of someone,

A project,

Allow it to come in and allow it to go out and bring your focus again down to your feet.

Use your breath.

You might feel a buzz of energy in your body or a density,

A filling up,

A heaviness inside.

When we call more and more of our energy into our physical form,

We do start to fill ourselves up and our physical body feels the ripples,

The energy of that happening.

So you relax your muscles,

Focus on your feet,

And call more of you home to you.

Relaxing your muscles.

And then start to notice what is happening inside of your physical body.

It might feel warmer or softer.

You might notice that your attention wants to go to a certain area of your body.

Trust how you feel called to move inside of you.

Be curious.

If it feels tight or hard to breathe or you're so full inside,

Relax your muscles,

Straighten your spine,

And allow your shoulder blades to drop open,

Which is going to open up more space in your body cavity,

In your heart chakra.

When we hunch over,

When we protect,

When we're trying to resist or take care of ourselves and we squish in,

It's tight inside.

So physically relax your body,

Which allows your energy or awareness to loosen,

To soften inside of you.

And then notice again what is happening inside of your body.

Breathe into your body,

Into your heart.

If you notice emotions coming up or resistance,

Imagine you can run that all the way down to your feet and create a flow of energy where that which is finished or complete or doesn't serve you can just go out your feet into the earth,

And you release.

Relaxing your muscles.

Allowing yourself to be in the pause between the music.

Releasing whatever is ready to go.

Relaxing your muscles.

And allowing yourself to open to more of you,

To a new frequency,

A new awareness.

If your mind is trying to logic what is happening,

Bring your mind into alignment,

Assignment by having your mind focus on your feet.

Guiding the energy through your body,

Down to your feet.

Handing over anything that is ready to go.

And then relaxing the muscles of your body.

Dropping your shoulders back again and allowing your heart to open a little wider.

Why did your heart want you to be in this conversation with yourself today?

Without judgment,

Without anything being right or wrong.

Maybe without even an answer.

But if you simply get curious with your heart.

What is happening inside of your heart space?

When we are busy and life is full and loud,

And there's a lot pulling at us,

And we start to protect our heart,

Or block it off to only be felt in certain moments,

The wisdom,

The knowing of the heart,

Gets really quiet.

And so meditation in a community space like this allows you to feel safe enough to be in the heart.

Your heart,

Nobody else's,

Yours.

If there are stories or emotions that start to come up,

What if you could be with them instead of trying to change it or push it away?

What if you're simply sitting in your heart space,

Feeling,

Remembering,

Looking?

Feeling me sitting right here with you.

This community around you doing the same thing.

What if when you sit in your heart space,

You create a field of coherence with all of us?

We all open our hearts just a little bit more than before the meditation.

Not to fix anyone,

To do anything,

Just to be in a heart space together at the same moment.

What can heal and expand in your heart space simply by being in a field of coherence together?

If you feel your body swaying,

It's okay.

Allow yourself to move as the energy's moving.

If your mind wants to try to understand what is happening,

Have it focus on your feet and send any energies that are complete,

Any emotions that are ready to go,

Down to your feet and out into the earth.

And then you straighten your spine again,

You open your shoulder blades a little bit wider,

And your heart stretches even a little bit more than before.

And you feel energetically this beautiful community side by side,

Doing our own work,

Feeling what is happening in our heart space,

Without judgment,

Without attachment.

If emotions come up that need to move,

You run them through your feet down to the earth and hand it over.

And you stay in your body.

Here you are.

Fully present,

Your energy,

Your consciousness in your body,

Your heart open,

Belonging in a community space that maybe your heart has always craved and never fully felt in this way.

And maybe your heart and your mind start to go,

Is it real?

Is it true?

Can it last?

What if the answer is yes?

Allow your heart to feel the yes.

It's not a knowing in the mind,

It's a felt yes in your heart.

And then allow your heart to send that yes out into the cells of your body.

If your mind tries to understand what that means,

Just imagine little pings of light moving from your heart out through the nerves,

Through the bloodstream,

Through the bone structure.

Little pings of light just radiating throughout your entire physical form,

Emanating from your heart chakra,

Which is in coherence to this community heart chakra.

And it's all happening from inside you.

Relax your muscles.

Anything that's ready to go,

You send it down to your feet.

You straighten your spine.

You open your shoulder blades a little bit wider.

And you rest in the pause again,

Allowing yourself to calibrate.

Use your breath through your body to soothe your body.

We're going to go just a couple more minutes and then we'll wrap the meditation up.

Allow the drumbeat to drop your awareness lower from your heart.

We're going to move through the chakras down to the root.

So let this drumbeat guide your awareness through your body.

We're not lowering the frequency.

We're dropping the rootedness,

The embodiment,

Into our physical form.

We're strengthening the,

I want to say like the lasting effects,

The integration,

That's the word.

We're integrating this heart chakra expansion.

So allow the drumbeat to guide your awareness from your heart down through your third chakra.

See the colors being activated.

So you know the colors of the chakras.

The heart is green.

The third chakra is yellow.

So activate a brilliant yellow in your third chakra.

As much as feels true for you.

Bring in your awareness to your second chakra.

So we're bringing in oranges.

Relax the muscles of your body as you do this.

And allow the music to guide you.

And then bringing your awareness from your second chakra down into your root,

Your sit bones,

Bringing in red.

Like a deep,

Earthy red.

And see those colors of the rainbow activated inside of your physical body.

If there's any buzzing of energy through you,

You can run anything that's resisting down through your feet into the earth.

Relax your muscles.

And then just rest for a moment.

You in your body,

Grounded,

Present.

Root chakra activated,

Second,

Third,

And fourth,

Your heart.

And then feel your connection through your heart chakra to everybody else in the community space.

If there is an intention that you want to set for this time we are spending together,

Perhaps set that from your heart space.

What would your desire be,

Your hope be for this time that you spend with all of us?

If you've already fulfilled it simply through the meditation,

What if you could expand?

What if there's another layer to the intention that you could set beyond even what you've already wanted?

What if there's more?

Relax the muscles of your body.

Feel your feet firmly on the ground.

Feel your root chakra,

Steady,

Strong,

Connected to your second,

Your third,

And your heart.

And then feel your heart,

Once again,

Connected to everybody in the space.

And when you feel ready,

Take your time and you can open your eyes.

All right,

Now we have arrived.

Hello,

Everybody.

I would suggest drinking some water if you haven't yet.

Maybe wiggle your body to come all the way back.

Yeah,

Please say hello as you are opening up your eyes and coming back to us.

If you are new,

This is how we get to know each other.

So say hello and then we can get to know you more.

Thank you,

I needed that.

I don't know about you guys,

But my heart chakra is like,

I needed a little recalibration.

It's been quite a week already.
