This short practice is for creatives who feel disconnected from their spark. Whether you’re facing doubt, burnout, or creative silence, this track helps you reconnect with the feeling of creativity rather than the pressure to produce. Through breath, gentle imagery, and self-affirming language, you’ll remember that your creativity is still alive and waiting. Come as you are. No perfect process required. This short practice is for creatives,

And by that I mean anyone building something from the inside out,

Whether that be a story,

A vision,

A business,

A dream you can feel,

Even if it hasn't taken shape yet.

It's easy to lose your spark in the noise,

To second guess,

To compare,

To wonder if it even matters.

This practice is a soft return to yourself and to your creative rhythm,

To the spark that was never gone,

You just had to reconnect with it.

I'd like you to let yourself settle into your space.

Push your feet into the floor if you can do so.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Or the chair,

Or the couch,

Or the bed,

Wherever you are.

If you feel comfortable,

Let your attention drop or close your eyes and focus in on your own body,

Back into your own rhythm.

Take one deep breath that belongs only to you,

And let it out through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

And then another into your nose,

Release it back out through your mouth.

Now bring your mind to your creative energy,

Not the outcome,

Not the pressure,

But the feeling of creating.

The tingle when an idea arrives,

The stillness when you're in flow,

The delight of making something out of nothing.

Let that memory or that possibility live in your body for a moment.

If you'd like,

You can visualize that spark as a bright flame,

How deep in your gut,

And spreading throughout your body in a way that brings lightness,

And joy,

And excitement,

And also a peace,

A knowing,

And ease that this feels right.

Now say softly to yourself,

My work is worthy,

Even when it's unfinished.

My creativity is alive,

Even when I feel stuck.

My spark is still here.

I can return to it as I am.

Again and again.

The embers burn and grow into flame as I breathe life into them.

Take another deep breath.

Breathe that life into those embers.

Release the pressure of now.

Let it grow and faint,

And just notice that it's there.

And say thank you to yourself for not losing that spark.

There is no rush,

No one way,

No need to prove you are already a vessel for something sacred.

And your spark,

It's right there with you always.

Thank you for being here.

Go create from that place.

This meditation was great. I could see myself, breathing & speaking life into my own creative fire from within. I give thanks.
