Give your body a chance to heal with this unique meditation designed to relax your body and give your soul a chance to recharge and heal. In today's busy world we rarely give ourselves a chance to wind down properly, our minds are continuously cluttered and we seem to not be present. This meditation will help restore your spirit while affording your body the opportunity to heal.

G'day.

This meditation is designed to put your body at ease so that your immune system can work more efficiently.

When the body is relaxed,

It can focus more on healing and recovering from whatever needs fixing.

I'd like you to begin by finding yourself seated in a comfortable position,

With your back upright and your hands snugly by your sides.

You may also lie down on a comfortable surface if that's easier.

Just make yourself comfortable.

Now take a deep breath into your body and slowly exhale.

And as you exhale,

You may close your eyes and relax your muscles.

Let's begin by paying attention to your breath.

Just notice the pace at which you're naturally breathing.

Don't try to change the pace.

Just observe it.

Now notice how deep each breath is.

Again,

Don't try to change it.

Just observe it.

Where is the breath felt most distinctly?

From the tip of your nose,

Your chest,

Your belly.

Just observe that for a few moments.

Thoughts start seeping into your mind.

Just acknowledge those thoughts,

Observe them,

And then gently go back to focusing on your breath.

Now try adding a little more depth to each breath.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Notice how the air you inhale is cool and the air you exhale is a little warmer.

Now I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose and hold for five seconds.

When you count to five,

Slowly exhale.

As you exhale,

Just let out all the tension from your day and notice your muscles relax a little bit more.

Now I'd like you to focus your attention on your body and think about the healing that needs to take place.

Begin by acknowledging which part of your body needs healing the most.

Just see this body part in your mind.

What does it look like?

Now I'd like you to take a deep breath into that body part.

Imagine the air flowing directly into that body part and slowly exhale.

Imagine the air leaving that body part.

Then I'd like you to go back to focusing on your breath.

Another reminder that if thoughts arise,

Just acknowledge those thoughts,

Observe them as they dissipate,

Then gently go back to focusing on your breath.

Now I'd like you to notice the air surrounding you in your mind.

I want you to imagine the air being blue.

You're now surrounded by blue air everywhere.

The space you're currently in is full of blue air.

If you're struggling to see the color blue,

Try thinking of something of that color,

Such as the ocean,

The sky,

A flower.

If it's not that easy,

Just acknowledge you're surrounded by blue.

As a fact,

I'll give you a moment to fully envision the blue in the air.

Blue represents healing,

Faith,

And freedom.

And now I'd like you to assign the blue air surrounding you an aroma,

A scent.

What does it smell like?

Just explore its smell for a few moments.

And now I'd like you to inhale this blue air and its aroma into that body part that needs healing.

Exhale that body part with healing energy,

And slowly exhale.

When you're fully exhaled,

Just go back to focusing on your breath.

And a reminder that if thoughts are seeping into your mind,

That's perfectly normal.

Just acknowledge the thoughts,

And then gently go back to your breathing.

And again,

Inhale the color blue into that body part that needs healing.

And now hold for five seconds.

Fill it with healing energy,

And when you count to five,

Slowly exhale the color gray.

We need to see the gray leave your body,

All those toxins.

Now let's relax the entire body,

Beginning from the very top of your head.

Just notice the top of your head,

The crown of your head.

That is a feel.

Move down now to your forehead.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your eyebrows.

Relax your eyeballs.

Let them fall heavy.

Just let them relax.

Relax your nostrils.

And just relax your jaw.

Unclench your jaw.

And ensure that your jaw is not too big.

And then just relax your jaw.

Relax your nostrils,

And just relax your jaw,

Unclench your jaw,

And ensure your entire face is fully relaxed.

And again,

Notice the healing color blue in the air all around you.

Smell it.

And now inhale the blue into that body part of yours that needs healing.

And hold for five seconds,

And when you count to five,

Exhale the color gray.

See the gray leave,

And with it all the toxins.

Just notice the body part now being a little brighter.

Focus on envisioning this body part in a slightly better state.

And when you're done with that,

Just pay attention to how your shoulders feel.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your arms.

Just notice your elbows.

How do they feel?

Any sensations coming from your elbows?

Just relax your forearms.

Relax the palms of both your hands.

And relax both sets of fingers.

Now let's move to your chest.

Notice how your chest feels.

Just observe how your chest moves as you breathe.

How it expands when you inhale and contracts as you exhale.

Just take a moment to observe that.

If you find that thoughts are sneaking into your mind,

Just acknowledge those thoughts and let them disappear as you go back to focusing on the movements of your chest.

Now relax your chest muscles.

Notice how your shoulder blades feel.

Relax your shoulder blades.

And again,

Notice the healing colour blue in the air all around you.

Smell it.

And inhale the blue air and its aroma into that body part of yours that needs healing.

And hold for five seconds.

And when you count to five,

Exhale the colour grey from that body part.

See the grey leave and with it all the toxins.

Notice the body part now being a little brighter.

Just envision it surrounded by a little more light.

And when you're done,

Just focus your attention now on your belly.

Notice your stomach rise and fall as you inhale and exhale.

Notice the skin stretch with each inhale and how it contracts when you breathe out.

Just focus on that for a few moments.

Now relax your belly and shift your attention to your lower back.

How does your lower back feel?

Just explore this for a moment.

Focus now on your pelvis.

How does your pelvis feel?

Relax your pelvis.

Relax your buttocks.

And again,

Notice the healing colour blue in the air all around you.

Inhale the blue air and its aroma into that body part of yours that needs healing.

And then hold for five seconds.

Let it absorb and when you count to five,

Exhale the colour grey from that body part and see the grey leave and with it all the toxins.

Notice the body part now being a little brighter and in a better state,

Surrounded by a little more light.

And when you're done with that,

Just go back to focusing on your breath.

Focus on where you feel the breath most distinctly.

Let's move further downward.

Relax your thighs and hamstrings.

Pay attention to your knees.

How do they feel?

Relax your knees.

Relax your calves.

Relax your ankles.

Relax the soles of both your feet.

Relax both sets of toes.

And now just run a quick scan to ensure everything is relaxed and if anything is tense,

Just relax that body part.

Your body is now more ready to heal.

Just focus on your breathing for now and let your body heal itself.

And a reminder that if thoughts arise,

Just acknowledge those thoughts.

It's perfectly normal.

Observe them.

And then gently go back to focusing on your breath as your body heals itself.

Just focus on your breath with each exhale.

Your body relaxes even more.

I'd like you to now shift your attention to a beautiful garden.

One in which you feel relaxed and at peace.

Just imagine this gorgeous setting surrounded by flowers,

Plants and anything that makes a garden beautiful to you.

Now to your left you can see a beautiful hot tub,

Steaming and looking as welcoming as ever.

I'd like you to walk closer to this hot tub.

You then notice that the waters are bluer than anything you've ever seen.

A bright clear blue.

Very defined and alluring.

This tub's blue waters have the power to heal your body in remarkable ways.

You can smell that blue smell from earlier being emitted from this special tub.

I'd like you to now step into this tub.

Begin by slowly dipping your toes into the waters.

Notice how perfect the temperature is.

Just how you like it.

You can already feel this rush of healing energy flowing through the edges of your feet.

Now slowly immerse your entire body into this tub at your own pace and time.

As your body sinks into the tub you can feel the tub's healing energies flowing into your body and reaching your immune system with blue energy.

Once you're up to your shoulders I'd like you to take a deep breath in for five seconds and dip your head into the tub.

Let the healing energies flow through your head healing whatever remains and whatever needs healing.

And now take your head out of the tub and let out all the air.

Feel the body on its path to healing.

And just remain in the tub and focus on the blue around you.

And on the blue's scent which is slowly healing your body.

Once again inhale the colour blue into that body part that needs healing.

And all for five seconds.

When you count to five,

Slowly let whatever toxins are still present in your body out.

You feel revived.

And once again inhale the colour blue directly into that body part.

And hold for five seconds.

And when you're ready exhale the colour grey from that body part.

Notice the body part feeling a lot more healed.

And then when you're fully exhaled just go back to noticing your breath.

Observing where the breath is felt most distinctly.

Now I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold for five seconds.

And when you exhale this time I'd like you to say out,

I am in the process of healing.

Go ahead and say it.

I am in the process of healing.

And when you're done just go back to focusing on the sensations of your breath.

And again take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold for five seconds.

And when you exhale this time I'd like you to say out,

I am worthy of being healthy.

Go ahead and say it.

I am worthy of being healthy.

And you can keep saying it until you fully exhale.

I am worthy of being healthy.

And then when you're done,

When you fully exhale just go back to focusing on the sensations of your breath.

One last time.

Take a deep breath in through your nose into that body part.

Hold for five seconds.

And when you exhale I'd like you to say out,

I am constantly healing.

Go ahead and say it.

I am constantly healing.

I am constantly healing.

And you may say it a few times until you fully exhale.

And then when you fully exhale just focus entirely on your breathing.

If thoughts are sneaking into your mind just acknowledge those thoughts.

And then gently go back to your breath.

As I say a few things to you I'd like you to focus entirely on breathing in and out of that body part.

While it's not physically possible to breathe out of certain body parts just imagine it in your mind.

The blue air flowing into that body part.

And the grey toxins flowing out of that body part.

And as you're doing so I'll say a few things to you to help accelerate the healing in your body.

Just go ahead and breathe.

You are in the process of healing.

You love what you see when you look in the mirror.

You love every inch of your body.

Keep focusing on your breath.

You appreciate your body's efforts to heal.

You're allowed to make mistakes.

You trust and respect your body's wisdom.

Your body's in sync with the universe.

You are worthy of being healthy.

You are constantly healing.

Now as you keep inhaling the healing colour blue and its scent and exhaling the colour grey.

I'm going to count up from one to ten with each number that I count.

You'll be feeling more and more present.

Let's do this.

One.

Two.

Three.

Slowly coming back now.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Immune system is feeling a little better.

Eight.

Nine.

Feeling healthier.

And ten.

Welcome back.

And as you open your eyes,

I'd like you to think of one thing about your body which you're grateful for.

And just follow that up with a why.

The why adds more meaning to the gratitude.

And when you're done with that,

I'd like to wish you a healthy journey moving forward.

You can use this meditation as often as you'd like.

And you feel you need to give your immune system this healing boost.
