Gratitude,

The quality of being thankful.

Many of us express gratitude by saying thank you to someone who has helped us or given us a gift.

Many studies show that practicing gratitude provides us the sense of overall well-being.

Now let us experience the gratitude guided meditation with real singing ball sounds.

This will help you to bring the feeling of happiness and positive mood.

Before you start,

Get settled into the comfortable position.

Make yourself comfortable on your chair or you may want to lie down.

When you are settled,

Take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale.

While exhaling,

Soften your eyes.

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable or simply turn your gaze downward.

Keep breathing.

When you are breathing out,

Relax your body.

Just observe your breathing.

Be aware of the process of your breathing.

Continue breathing normally,

Effortlessly.

Feel,

Sense and experience the process of your breathing going on naturally.

Let your breathing continue normally and automatically for a minute.

Just observe your breathing.

Next,

Bring to mind someone in your life who is easy to love.

Picture this person sitting in front of you.

See them smiling at you.

Thank them for being in your life.

Shower them with love,

Gratitude and feel the gratefulness for this person.

Smile at them.

Now pick another person in your mind.

Picture this person sitting in front of you.

See them smiling at you.

Thank them for being in your life.

Shower them with love,

Gratitude and feel the gratefulness for this person.

Repeat this as many people in your family members you like.

Seeing that,

Offering your gratitude.

Just choose the first few people who are coming to your mind.

Thank them for being in your life.

Shower them with love,

Gratitude and feel the gratefulness for this person.

Smile at them.

Now bring to mind someone who has made your life easier.

It can be anyone in your family member or your friend circle.

Thank them for whatever they have done to help you out.

Just be thankful for them.

Now recall teacher,

A guru,

A mentor in your life.

Someone who has shown you the way,

Either a formal or informal way.

Thank them with your heart for teaching you on this journey.

Be grateful about your teachers,

Your guru,

Your mentors.

Finally,

Send your love and gratitude to every single person you have encountered so far.

Thank them for making your life more interesting and richer.

Now take a deep breath and gather up all the people in your life into your heart.

Hold them there for a moment and then let the image of them go.

Return to the balance of your breath.

Keep breathing in normally.

Now offer your gratitude to the home you live in and all the enemies that help keep you safe and healthy.

Be grateful to the roof that protects you.

Say thank you.

Now be grateful to the money you are giving and receiving,

Your paycheck,

Your savings,

Your bills and your all abundance in your life.

Be grateful for that.

Now take another deep breath and connect to this moment.

Offer your gratitude for everything in your presence that is holding space for you to be meditating right now.

Give thanks to your circumstances and livelihood which give you the chance to sit in the stillness and be grateful.

Be grateful to your health and your physical capabilities that make it possible to sit quietly and improve your outlook and wellbeing.

Be grateful to the silence,

The calm,

The life,

The love,

The tears,

The joy and everything in between.

Be grateful.

With that take a final deep breath and slowly open your eyes and smile.

Notice how you feel.

And set that intention to bring this gratitude forward into your whole life.

Thank you for having this meditation.

Thank you.

Be happy.
