Hi everyone,

Angela Rose here.

I am a self-love coach and meditation instructor and I am the creator of my self-awareness card deck and journal.

And today I'm going to draw a card for you all.

So this will be the card of the day.

Okay,

So,

And I love Sundays,

I love to draw a card on a Sunday to really set the week.

I love to do a lot of meditations,

A lot of journaling,

A lot of,

You know,

Letting go of whatever needs to let go of,

Like cleaning up the threads,

So to speak,

To start a new week.

So we really have to go into the new week with clarity and direction.

So I'm going to draw a card for the day.

So we will see what comes through and then we will do a mini meditation at the end.

So this is the card,

If you're watching this,

This is for you.

I drew the Let Go Let Flow card.

So this is what it says,

Control for the most part is an illusion.

We can't control other people,

Places,

Things,

But we can control how we respond to them.

What if everything that feels out of control is unfolding for your highest growth?

What lesson is here for you to learn about yourself?

Come back home to you.

So an action step is to listen to a guided meditation,

It's to breathe,

It's to tap into that feminine energy that we all have,

Whether you're a man or female,

We have this feminine energy.

So the feminine energy is about,

And this is what a lot of my clients and myself are working through right now.

So we need to feel safe.

So we're first starting with the root chakra to feel safe.

When we feel safe,

We can move up to the sacral chakra,

And to really tap into our creativity,

To our flow,

To intimacy,

This even goes into,

You know,

The sensual side of us,

Man or woman,

But we really need to have to feel safe.

So we can go into our creative.

But what this means,

This message for today,

The let go,

Let flow,

Is to ask yourself,

If you felt truly supported,

Truly safe,

And that anything is possible,

What would you do?

If there's no limitations,

And it's about really uncovering,

And this is a journal prompt I'm going to give you for today,

Write down,

Just do a brain dump,

Let your pencil or pen guide the page.

What,

What,

What do you want?

Without holding back,

You can even write out what the excuses are,

What your limitations you think are,

Whether you think you wouldn't make much money doing something,

What people might think of you,

Just do a brain dump of all the things that just even come into your mind.

And then we can unpeel the layers and really get clarity on what do you really love to do,

What's going to bring you the most amount of joy,

Because that is your golden nugget.

That's your key to freedom.

That's your key to your unlocking the door to your soul's purpose here in the world.

And to really soar and really feel freedom,

The sense that you're looking for that feeling that you're looking for,

And to find your purpose to find your passion is to unlock the own your own door to your spirit.

So if you're joining me,

Let's do a mini meditation and this with the intention of letting go of anything that's no longer serving you and to tap into your flow.

So this will only be a couple minutes long.

You can place both feet on the floor.

Roll your shoulders down and back.

We're going to take three deep breaths and just like this card as a picture of a woman like floating on the ocean,

We are going to do an ocean breath.

So I love to do think of this as an ocean breath,

Where you are inhaling,

Bringing the breath like an ocean wave all the way down to the lowest,

We're going to go to the lowest part of your pelvis.

So with your eyes closed,

Breathe,

You can put your hands on the lowest part of your belly next to you know,

By your sacral chakra there in between your hips,

And breathe into the palms of your hands and feel how your hands support your pelvis.

Even press your hands in into your belly as you're expanding your belly out and just feel the support of your hands and the expansion of your breath.

And as you go through your day,

You can bring your hands to your pelvis.

You can do this,

Or just bring your awareness to your breath.

And I want you to slow down your breathing.

So whenever a thought comes in your mind,

We're going to slow the breath,

Deepen the breath.

So going back to the ocean breath,

Bring the ocean breath,

This ocean wave all the way down to the lowest part of your pelvis and feel this ocean wave,

Feel your breath,

Expanding and opening up your pelvic area.

And on your exhale,

Just letting it go,

Letting it go with ease.

Notice your breath.

Does your breath feel tight when you do this?

Is it in your chest?

Does it feel a little constrictive?

Are you able to breathe and really expand your stomach?

Does your mind start to wander?

And we're not controlling the breath.

We're not trying to force the breath.

We're just noticing where our breath is at.

So what would you say?

Where is your breath at?

If you could give it a name,

Does it,

Does it feel shallow?

Does it feel expansive?

Does it feel hard to breathe?

For many people it does.

Are you able to really feel how the ocean breath can feel as you take the deep breaths,

As you slow your breath,

As you deepen your breath,

As you bring your breath all the way down to the lowest part of your pelvis.

And again,

Feel,

Bring your hands to the lowest part of your pelvis,

Your hips,

Press in gently to your pelvis as you expand your belly out with your breath.

And so that will be the invitation from me to you today is to keep coming back to the ocean breath.

To know that you are fully supported,

That you are safe,

You are safe in your body,

Your body is supporting you.

Our bodies are wise.

Your body is really wise.

And if you're struggling with something physically,

It's like a toothache.

It's here to tell you something.

So our job is to always listen.

That's where we unravel the big ball of yarn that my cat Freya,

I have this ball of yarn,

And last night she got a hold of my ball of yarn and I was doing something else and I come back out to the living room and the ball of yarn is in my dining room,

It's everywhere wrapped around chairs.

I'm like,

How did she even do this?

But that's the key to this freedom we want to feel is to unravel our own ball of yarn.

And it first really comes back to going back to the basics of starting with our breath.

And the challenge today,

The card that I drew,

Is the Let Go Let Flow card from my self awareness card deck that I created.

So an action step for you today as we as I end this is to sit with yourself and just breathe.

And if you are around people,

If you're doing other things,

Incorporate this ocean breath.

I'm all about giving you practical tools to use to really help shift your life.

And to shift our life,

It really is a one degree shift.

It's about these little choices that happen inside of our mind.

And everyone,

And I'll just share this with you.

Everyone talks about,

You know,

The perception of meditation.

And I had this too,

Of like,

We're too busy and my mind's too busy to meditate.

Well,

Just like if I were to enter a yoga room,

Or a gym,

Right,

I'm not going to like say liver turn off,

Heart turn off,

Kidneys turn off.

No,

Everything keeps working.

Just like with meditation,

Your mind will never turn off until we die.

Right.

So the part of meditation is not to turn off our mind.

But it's to feel it's to be with ourselves.

So it's to sit with yourself to be at peace with you in your body,

Because we cannot run away from ourselves.

We are you are with your body in this lifetime.

So to feel at peace with that to feel freedom in your body,

To trust yourself so deeply in making decisions in the next best step,

And what you're going to do after this after you hear this,

Like to trust yourself so deeply,

And that's what I'm here to help you with.

But I did want to I did feel called to draw you a card to let go of let flow.

Again,

The action step is to be with your breath is to be with yourself to feel supported and safe in your body,

Incorporating this ocean breath.

In a mantra,

Which is an affirmation,

You can tell yourself,

I again,

Love practical tool.

So I love to,

There's something when we write things down,

We can manifest it faster.

And it really we embody it.

So we can in our mind say these mantras,

We can say our goals,

We can say these things that we want.

But we sometimes don't believe we can have it or we don't embody it.

So part of embodying it for me and I have my clients do this too,

Is to write it with a dry erase marker on your mirror in your bathroom or in your room wherever you have mirrors.

I have mantras that I write on my kitchen window because every time I wash my hands,

I look up out the window and I see it.

Every time I use the bathroom,

We're always using the bathroom,

I see it or I wash my hands,

I see it on my mirror.

So a mantra today that you can use is I am fully supported.

I can let go of worry and trust in life.

And that is a big thing that I want you to feel in your body.

And it took me a long time to get to feel this myself.

But it's to feel safe and supported in your body,

In your soul,

In your spirit,

In your life.

Because that's where it comes from secure,

That feeling of feeling secure comes from within.

And I personally know that we want to reach outwards and live on the edges for security and safety and comfort.

We think having a certain nine to five job or we think a marriage or a college degree or all these things will help build security.

And those are great to have.

If that's your desire,

It's amazing.

And it's for you to have if it's on your heart,

It's meant for you.

However,

Marriages can end.

I was divorced,

You know,

I was buying a house with as a single mom with three kids for the first time,

A first time homeowner,

This was my dream.

And I was let go of a job that I thought I was going to be a lifer at that I really,

It was my identity working at this place.

I loved it.

And if you if you hear my story,

You will know about that story.

But but it but it moved me to start my own career.

And so I had to get out of my comfort zone.

So if we trust in life,

If you trust in yourself so deeply,

That you know,

What you're feeling,

What,

Where you are at is your truth,

And you live from that truth.

When we let go,

Let flow,

Magic happens.

But we have to trust so deeply,

Because when you are in deep water,

You don't know what's underneath you.

And that is scary as heck,

Right?

For myself included.

So that's what I'm here to do is support you when you're in deep water.

I'm,

I'm that person that's going to be with you.

So you don't feel alone and scared when you're doing this.

So you can keep going.

Because when the issue is,

When we start to follow our dream,

Or when we start to trust ourselves,

It's scary because we're in deep waters.

And we don't know if there's sharks under there,

If there's someone going to come grab our feet,

Like,

We don't know what's going to happen.

We don't know if we're going to drown,

We don't know if we're gonna make it,

We don't know how close the next island is that we can go on to.

But when we when you have support,

Or when you so deeply trust in yourself,

And you break through when you have those panic attacks when you're in the water,

But you move through it,

You don't move back to comfort zone of where you were,

When you keep moving forward and upward and onward,

Then you find that,

Hey,

There's an island right here.

It's an arm's reach even.

And it's,

I couldn't even imagine how beautiful it is,

Right?

So what's on the other part for you?

Only you know,

Because it's on your heart,

It's a desire you have.

But I'm here to help support you to navigate those deep ocean waters.

So even though it's really frickin scary,

You keep moving forward.

And you don't go back to comfort,

You don't go back to old patterns,

Because it feels safe.

And I know because I worked through these things myself,

And I've been there.

So I will leave you with that,

My friends.

We just take our palms,

Place your palms together,

Have your thumbs touch your forehead,

Take a nice big inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your nose.

Bring your palms to your mouth.

I speak kindness to myself and others.

Go ahead and repeat that out loud if you feel called.

Inhale and exhale,

Bring your palms to your heart.

I am love.

Feel free to say that out loud if you so wish.

I am love.

And the wholeness in me honors the wholeness in each one of you.
