Have you ever wanted to stop overthinking?

If you have,

Today is your lucky day.

Because in next 60 seconds,

You will learn powerful three-step process to cut overthinking at the suit,

Take it out and replace it with achieving your goals with ease,

Grace and flow.

Step number one,

Who's doing the thinking?

Your mind is.

Step number two,

Who's in charge?

You are.

You,

The observer,

The soul.

Step number three,

Apply the solution.

What's the problem?

Overthinking,

Thinking too much.

What's the solution?

Restoring inner harmony.

Harmony between your faithful servants,

Your mind,

Body and heart.

Basically,

It's being in flow,

In a moment and as a regular practice.

And that's where meditation comes in.

So,

Let's practice.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Set intention to deepen your connection with divine,

With the pure place in your heart,

Right now,

In this moment.

Bring your attention to your breath flowing to your heart,

Deepening your connection with divine.

To your heart,

Having all solutions and guiding you perfectly.

So,

Allow yourself to be present in a moment.

And as you breathe through your heart,

Strengthening your connection,

Your inner guidance,

Allow your body to relax.

Relax your face,

Relax your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

Loosen your jaw,

Relax your neck and shoulders.

Exhale and release any tension from your physical body,

Allowing you to be more present.

Bring your heart again and again into your field of awareness.

Every time remembering your heart,

Physical and emotional,

You strengthen your divine guidance.

Allow yourself to feel all feelings,

All emotions,

All good.

Allow energy to flow,

Knowing that with this flow,

Solutions flow.

Allowing yourself to feel makes you more effective.

So,

Allow yourself to feel.

Just observe and remember who you are,

The observer,

The soul,

Whatever you like,

Whatever you believe.

Take charge of your faithful servants mind,

Body and heart.

Relax your body,

Relax your mind and soften your heart.

Allow yourself to feel.

Be present to your heart.

Keep breathing through your heart.

Allow yourself to feel.

And with this strong connection with your heart,

With a pure place in your heart full of unconditional love,

Let's observe your mind without losing connection to your heart.

Notice any thoughts,

Thought patterns and how they feel.

Notice the hold your mind may have over you.

And as you observe,

Keep bringing your attention back to your heart.

Allow the thoughts to be.

Acknowledge the thoughts.

Allow yourself to observe unconditionally while keeping attention to your heart.

Center yourself in your heart.

Keep breathing and allow yourself to relax.

Knowing that you already have it,

Whatever your mind is trying to solve,

It comes not from thinking but allowing to feel.

To being fully present.

Allowing the flow of energy between mind,

Body and heart.

It's not about stopping the mind or controlling the mind.

It's about integrating mind into mind,

Body and heart.

Keep observing.

Keep feeling.

Ask yourself what do you want?

Acknowledge the answer and be thankful.

Now that you know who's interacting you are.
