All right,

Let's have some tea together,

Shall we?

This is for you.

I love you.

Here we are.

Where are we?

We are in my room,

My space,

And you are invited.

It is the beginning of the new lunar year.

The year of the rabbit is here.

Let's invite in some excitement,

Some enthusiasm.

Why should we?

Because life is so much better with enthusiasm,

Which comes from the Greek word entheos,

Which means the God within.

So you're inviting this godly energy within you.

You are breathing life into something,

Into your art,

Your music,

Your self-expression.

Everything that you do becomes so much better.

I am excited about this new channel,

This new opportunity,

An opportunity for me to express myself,

An opportunity to share with you what I believe is useful to me,

To you,

To everyone.

So if you are interested in healing the child within,

Spending more time with our inner child,

Then you are in the right place,

Because together we're going to go on a journey where I'll be sharing with you important,

Interesting,

And useful tools,

Topics that,

If you know about,

Help you create a more wholesome space for you to live in,

Right?

Like how important it is to be able to enjoy the body that we are in.

It is the most important thing,

The body that you are in,

Your container,

Your vehicle in this life,

Your vessel.

If you are not enjoying being in that vessel,

You are creating like this ease in your life,

Not ease.

Ease is important and it doesn't mean that everything becomes easy,

But it does mean that everything becomes easier.

Because when you invite ease into your body,

Like how do I hold my body right now?

Am I holding it in such a way that creates tension in my shoulders and my lower back,

Or am I allowing myself to be aligned so that I can better share my voice and my thoughts?

Because if I'm constantly in pain,

Then how am I going to be able to share good vibrations with others and with myself?

And I'm not here to lecture anyone.

If you have a disability or something that is creating constant pain in your body,

That is so hard and I'm so sorry that you're going through that.

I hope that somehow you're able to get better with each breath.

Speaking from my own experiences,

Even just being in an able body,

You can still create this ease and difficulty by how you sit in front of the computer.

How do you consume media?

Are you consuming media like this?

Because if you are doing it like this,

Guess what?

This here is the heaviest part of your body.

By tilting it slightly forward,

Even just one,

Two degrees forward,

You're causing the allocation of weight that your spine has to carry and your muscles in a disproportionate way.

The body tries to compensate for that weight and therefore it creates tension in the lower back and in the tension in the shoulders and maybe other places as well.

So it is really important to be mindful of how do you move your body and how do you keep it still when you are meditating,

When you are watching YouTube,

When you are relaxing,

When you're sleeping,

Like how are you treating this vehicle affects your moment to moment experience.

Let's have some tea.

In terms of body posture,

There is something that's really helped me on my journey and I hope that it will help you as well.

There are four images that if you keep in mind,

They will help you on your journey,

Inviting more ease in your body.

Close your eyes.

The first image is walking on the forest floor when you are five year old and pushing leaves playfully as you walk.

The second image is,

Imagine that you have a kangaroo tail coming from the back of your tailbone all the way to the floor.

And as you walk,

That tail is touching the floor and is creating a triangular angle.

The third image is your spine.

Imagine it like a string.

The fourth image is your head.

Imagine it like a balloon which is held by the string of the spine and the balloon head is slightly,

You know,

Higher and then that lifts your spine whilst your kangaroo tail is touching the floor and you walk like a five-year-old child pushing the autumn leaves on the floor in the forest.

And this creates a much better way of movement.

In this way,

The weight of the head is aligned with the spine and you are able to move much more freely without causing any excess tension in your body.

I trust this has benefited you.
