Hello,

I'm Sabrina.

Welcome to this guided meditation for a rejuvenating nap or a restful night's sleep to aid you in releasing your stress,

Worries,

And anxiety.

Now let's begin.

Lay down in a quiet space.

Gently close your eyes and find a comfortable position.

Now allow your mind to slow down.

During this meditation,

I encourage you to stay with my voice.

If you find your mind wandering,

Do not worry.

Simply acknowledge your thoughts and gently bring your awareness back to my voice.

At this moment,

Any cares,

Worries,

Or stresses can fade away.

Remember,

This is your time to relax.

Release the stress from your daily life.

Take a deep breath.

As you exhale,

Feel the chatter in your brain slowly start to quiet down,

Dissipating each breath you take.

Take a full deep breath in through your nose for four seconds.

Hold it for seven.

And exhale through your mouth for eight.

Feel your body completely release that air.

Let's repeat this process.

Inhale for four.

Hold it for seven.

Exhale for eight.

Continue breathing,

Focusing on the rhythm.

Inhale for four.

Hold for seven.

Exhale for eight.

Now shift your attention to your head.

Feel any tension on your head and scalp and let it go.

As you let it go,

Feel a warm sensation as attention releases.

Relax the muscles between your eyebrows,

Around your face,

And eyes.

Relax your jaw with your teeth apart.

Relax your tongue.

Carry that warm,

Relaxed feeling down your neck,

Shoulders,

Upper arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

And hands.

Feeling completely relaxed.

Now move your attention to the back of your shoulders.

Releasing that tension.

Feeling relaxed and warm.

Now move that feeling down your chest and spine from your upper back down to your lower back,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

And hips.

Continue to release that tension down to your quadriceps,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Shins,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

Feel the warmth all the way down to the tips of your toes.

You feel relaxed and calm now.

Now focus on your whole body.

Slowly breathe in and out.

You're feeling relaxed,

Safe,

And secure.

Imagine any tension,

Fear,

Or stress melting away with each breath.

Relaxing.

Relaxing and letting go.

Eight.

Seven.

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Six.

Going deeper and deeper.

Four.

Three.

Letting go completely.

Two.

And one.

Now imagine you're in a large,

Open field on a beautiful,

Warm spring day.

Green grass surrounds you and you feel a fresh breeze on you.

Sit down on a cozy blanket below you and take in the moment.

This is a safe place where you feel secure and at peace.

Listen to the breeze.

Feel the warm sun on your face.

What else do you feel?

Hear.

See.

Smell.

Focus on feeling gratitude and thinking of your blessings.

Connect with the present moment and reflect upon what you're grateful for.

As you continue to gaze at the field and feel a breeze on your skin,

Notice a few clouds floating in the sky above.

Watch the soft and fluffy clouds moving slowly upwards and away.

Any thoughts that come into your mind,

Gently place them on the clouds that pass by,

One at a time.

Watch the clouds drift into the distance and float away,

Out of view.

It doesn't matter what thoughts they are or where they've come from.

Just acknowledge them,

Place them on a cloud and let them go.

Relax and be in the present moment.

Continue to place your thoughts on clouds.

Watch them float away and into the sky,

Disappear,

Out of sight and out of mind.

Anytime you need to clear your head of stress,

Fear or worries,

Close your eyes and imagine your thoughts being placed on fluffy clouds floating away.

Now repeat these words with me.

Visualize them gently surrounding you like a comforting embrace.

I'm surrounded by peace and calm and I carry this peace within me.

I'm surrounded by peace and calm and I carry this peace within me.

I surrender to the present moment,

Finding joy and relaxation in its simplicity.

I surrender to the present moment,

My mind is clear and my body is at ease.
