
Deep Healing Sleep With Binaural Beats (8 Hours)

This is a meditation for sleep.
Let's begin by grounding the body.
Bringing ourselves into present time.
So that we can release the day that we've just had.
And release any noise.
Anything that we don't need to carry with us into our sleep.
So imagine now that you're grounded to the earth.
You create a picture in present time.
Of a cord that connects your body to the earth beneath you.
This could be a tree trunk.
It could be a beanstalk.
It could be a mountain.
You'll choose an image that resonates with you in this moment.
What feels grounded now?
And you'll see that image connect to the base of your spine.
And then grow down through the building you're in.
Through the dirt and rock beneath you.
Through all the levels of the planet.
Stone and water.
Lava all the way down.
Until the bottom of that cord grounds down into the core of the planet.
Tonight let's make that grounding cord extra wide.
So that we have extra space to release and let go.
This grounding cord is hollow on the inside.
It's like a garbage chute.
It's a pipe that allows you to let go of energy you don't need to carry.
And also it gives that energy back to the earth.
And the earth recycles it.
So you're not littering.
You're letting that energy go so that it can be transformed into something else.
So let's start by dropping down that grounding cord.
Just the noise of the day.
The coming and the going.
The things you did and the things you didn't do.
Just start to let all that fall with gravity down that grounding cord.
Any people you've been thinking about.
Let them fall down your grounding cord.
They'll go back where they need to be.
You might know everything that you're letting go of.
And you might not even know what you're dropping.
You don't need to know.
Just intend to let go of whatever you don't need in this present time.
Whatever you need will come back to you tomorrow.
Whatever you don't need in this present time to be able to fall into a relaxed sleep,
You're dropping right now.
Your body starts to drop into this hum of letting go,
Releasing,
Grounding.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
And a sigh out the mouth.
Again,
Inhale fully through the nose.
And let it go.
Big sigh.
Now,
Mainly when we create a grounding cord,
We see that grounding cord hooked up to our first chakra or to the base of the spine there.
But you can put a grounding cord anywhere where you need some extra grounding and support and momentum to let go.
So why don't we ground the nervous system even more by seeing two auxiliary grounding cords,
Smaller little grounding cords,
Connecting to each of your butt cheeks.
And by that,
I really mean the sciatic nerves that bunch up in each of your butt cheeks.
Imagine you can connect the left side and the right side.
Like branches connected to that larger grounding cord,
That larger trunk.
And as you connect your sciatic nerves to that larger grounding cord,
Really flip that whole situation on to release,
Giving yourself extra momentum to let go.
And then use your own intuition.
Is there any other place that could use a little grounding cord?
Might be the back of your head or your shoulders.
Maybe you put two extra grounding cords on your heels,
Connecting those to your larger grounding.
And let's start to ground out of our space any pace you may have been matching today.
That is not your own.
Maybe it's just too fast or too slow.
If you were running around like you were being chased by a tiger,
Start to let that pace drop out of your space.
It's just a frequency and you can drop it.
Maybe you picked up someone else's pace.
Maybe someone that was going really fast or someone whose energy is slower than yours.
Just let all that fall down your grounding.
Grounding out of your space any energy of lack.
We might think that when we're lacking something,
We're just empty.
We don't have it.
Consider that maybe you also could hold lack as a vibration.
Maybe it has a certain flavor like the lack of peace or the lack of fulfillment.
The lack of whatever.
Fill in the blank.
Can you start to release that lack?
That lack is an energy.
And you're holding it.
And as we drop the lack,
We can actually make space for its opposite.
Letting that lack drop out of the nervous system or any reactions drop out of that nervous system.
Sometimes when we're holding that lack,
We could really run around trying to fill ourselves up.
Let's also release down that grounding cord.
Any self-doubt telling you that this isn't working.
You don't know what you're doing.
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
You're not powerful enough to just release like this.
Who do you think you are?
Yeah,
That's something we can let go of too.
That's not real.
That's just a voice in your head.
And if it's there,
Can you let it fall,
Ground it out,
Release it?
You are as powerful as you decide you are.
And that definitely applies to meditation.
If you decide you are shaping your space,
Yourself,
Your internal environment,
Then so it is.
Then you're shaping it.
How do we create a more spacious and peaceful internal environment for ourselves through meditation?
One critical piece is to claim that space with confidence,
With assertiveness.
Yes,
You can.
You are in control of your internal environment.
And anything inside your head telling you otherwise,
Well,
We meditate to let go of that.
Meditate to find our true north.
What is the truth?
What is your truth?
And can you be so full of your own truth,
Your own energy,
That whatever is not that doesn't stand a chance inside of you.
Can't take over.
Intend now to release any energy that's holding you back from finding your flow here,
Letting go here.
From trusting yourself,
Trusting that you can do this,
You can let go.
It can be that easy.
As we drop into a deeper hum,
Deeper flow and presence,
Let's continue to ground out of our space.
Whatever might be in the way of accessing a deeper level of relaxation and ease and tranquility in the body.
Sometimes we're in a letting go marathon and we hit a wall and that's because we need to replenish.
You can only let go of so much.
We need to fill back up with something else.
So you'll visualize above you now.
Big ball of light.
Like your own personal sun.
That's full of your energy.
Your presence,
Your light.
Your healing energy.
And now you'll call your energy back from anywhere,
Any person,
Any place where you've left it.
Calling your energy back from other people.
It comes back and into that sun.
Calling your energy back from any places you've been.
Calling your energy back from the past.
And from the future.
And when that sun gets big and full and radiant.
Allow it to overflow down into your space.
Through your skin.
Receptive,
Replenishing.
And into every cell of your body this golden light ripples.
Down your spine.
Down your arms and your legs.
Maybe you give some extra gold to any places that need a little extra love.
Allowing that golden light to fully wash through your space.
And maybe you notice as you receive more new energy.
That grounding can release another layer.
Letting go of tension.
Letting go of resistance.
Letting go of any overthinking,
Mind spinning noise.
Let a big layer of that just drop.
You are not your thinking mind.
You are pure consciousness.
You are at the crown of your energy body.
And that noise below,
You're washing off out of your space.
Now let's imagine that your aura is two to three feet around your body.
Enveloping you.
And you can imagine your grounding cord gets even bigger now.
And you tuck the edge of your aura into that grounding cord.
Like tucking your shirt into your pants.
Allow your aura,
Your entire aura now to ground.
Every layer of that aura starts to just release a little more.
Permission to let go.
Grounding the first layer of your aura.
Which is your physical body.
Grounding the second layer of your aura.
Your emotional body.
These move from the inside out.
Closest to you is the first.
Second now.
Beyond that.
Grounding out any old emotions.
Grounding out emotions that might be a little stuck.
Just let them flow.
Flow and release.
Don't need to resist anything here.
Don't need to hold on to anything.
Just letting them flow.
And letting them go.
Then ground the third layer of your aura.
Which is all about your personal power.
Releasing energy maybe that has been in the way of you owning that power.
Maybe even releasing people.
Trying to control this part of you.
And then just simply grounding the fourth layer of your aura.
Which is all about your affinities.
What you love and care for.
Grounding out anything that keeps this layer from being spacious.
Grounding out anything that keeps this layer from really being yours.
It's your own space.
And then ground the fifth layer of your aura.
Which is all about your creativity and communication.
Grounding other people out of here.
Maybe grounding your job out of here.
Or any projects.
Just letting them go for now.
You can pick them back up later if you need to.
Imagine here.
We're just taking an energetic shower.
Ground the sixth layer of your aura now.
Which is how you see the world.
Any old stale beliefs.
Let them go.
Let them drop with gravity.
Anything that's in the way of you seeing with pure presence.
Just grounding that out.
And let's ground the seventh layer of your aura.
How the world sees you.
Ground out of there other people's perceptions.
You don't need to carry them.
You don't need to manage them.
You can just let them drop.
Let's create above you another big golden sun.
Full of your energy.
Your presence.
And now allow this sun to flow into your whole aura.
Every layer of your aura filling up with this golden light.
Any excess cold.
You let it wash down that grounding cord.
We're setting ourselves up for a relaxing,
Replenishing rest.
Depending on where you go.
When your body falls asleep,
Where does your spirit go?
Well,
Depending on where you're going,
You will experience different realities.
There are different,
We could say,
Levels to dreaming.
The first three levels of the astrals are going to be a little bit more,
You know,
Someone's chasing me.
I'm late,
I'm late for a very important date.
Maybe some ghouls and goblins.
Get a little higher up.
Maybe it's just puzzles or mazes.
And we can actually find our way out of these levels by just going up.
It's as simple as that.
Just go up.
There is an up.
So.
We're going to set an intention and create a pathway for us to.
Go all the way up to the 11th level.
Of the astrals.
This is a place where we can be replenished by source.
We can be.
Replenished by our own higher self.
Can rest.
We can receive insight.
So imagine now.
A beam of light connecting your spirit now in present time,
Which is in your body.
Connecting your spirit all the way up to the 11th level.
A channel pathway.
All the way up there.
Kind of like an elevator.
That you know you can ride.
Once you fall asleep.
Time.
Continue to ground.
Relax.
And release.
And imagine you can now stack these golden suns.
So that.
Whenever one is complete.
A new one arrives.
Stacking a hundred golden suns.
A thousand golden suns.
However many.
You see that you need.
So you're simultaneously receiving.
Replenishing.
Relaxing and releasing.
Front side of body might be in that more receptive space.
Back side of body.
Releasing.
Now if you're open to it.
You can state.
To yourself.
I'm open to receive a healing.
I am open to receive a healing.
This healing.
Is from your own higher self.
So it's your energy.
Your healing energy healing you.
And you're opening now.
To receive that healing energy.
Untying any knots inside of you.
Creating movement where energy is stuck.
Releasing struggle.
And replacing it with ease.
You become more present.
Remembering that.
Whatever you seek is already here right now.
If you'll slow down enough to receive it.
The highest truth.
Isn't somewhere else.
It's always here.
Right now.
To heal.
You don't need to go find healing somewhere else.
It's here right now.
Can we relax.
Ground ourselves so deeply into the present moment.
So we can really just receive it all.
What you're looking for has never been lost.
What you're looking for has never been lost.
There are degrees of presence.
Can we turn the dial up.
On our presence.
So that our bodies are vessels.
To receive.
Light.
And release.
Whatever is not that light.
Whatever doesn't serve you anymore.
Just like an exhale.
That one time you needed that oxygen and it served you.
And now it's time to let it go.
Arriving in the present moment.
Like you arrive in a single breath.
Turning into your inner world.
See yourself somewhere in nature.
Maybe a place you've been before.
Maybe a place that's totally new.
But this place is in your inner world.
So it's really just for you.
You're the only one here.
Maybe you lay down.
Maybe you're leaning back into something.
Allow your body to get really comfortable in this inner space.
And begin to notice all the elements around you.
And how they're nourishing you in this present moment.
In this place.
Notice the ground.
Magnetizing you.
Grounding you.
Holding you.
Supporting you.
Continuing to help you release and relax.
If there's water where you are.
Start to allow the vibration of that water.
To flow through you.
Washing away what's ready to go.
Cleansing you.
Bringing flow wherever there was stuckness.
Bringing ease wherever maybe there was excess control.
And notice the air around your body in this place.
Imagine as the wind brushes your skin.
Imagine that same receptiveness.
Like you can receive the qualities of the wind.
Helping you untie any really tight knots inside of you.
Bringing flow and lightness to any places that are heavy.
And then we look for a source of light.
Maybe where you are there's a big golden sun.
Maybe there's a bright moon.
Maybe there's a fire.
Or a flame.
Just a candle maybe.
Or maybe your peaceful place is a volcano.
To each their own.
Whatever your source of light and warmth.
Begin to receive that now.
Just like you can receive oxygen.
You receive that light.
Bringing warmth and aliveness to any places that might have felt a little lacking.
Lackluster.
Or helping burn off whatever is a little extra stuck.
Just giving it to that element of fire.
All of these elements are outside of us and inside of us.
Nature is outside of us and inside of us.
We are nature.
So in this place where you see yourself resting now.
Can you receive all of these elements and the healing power of nature.
Relaxing.
Releasing.
Receiving.
As we rest back into the earth below and within us.
We feel more rooted in our own beings.
Home within ourselves.
As we allow the waters within us to flow more freely.
It reminds us of our softness.
Of how easily goodness comes to us when we are soft enough to let it in.
When we let the wind blow sweet new life into our beings.
It reminds us that we are always inextricably connected to all things.
When we let the fire within us wake us up to the light that is who we are.
That steady awareness that holds us always.
It reminds us that we don't need to become divine.
But to wake up to the divinity that is already within us.
What we can embody is mirrored back to us in the world we see.
The more we can wake up to our own beauty.
To the heaven that is always within us.
The more we can see our earth as the heaven that it is.
Loving the earth.
Loving ourselves.
