Settle in,
Gently closing down the eyes.
If there's any last little movements you need to make,
Give yourself some room to get some of the last wiggles out.
And then coming to stillness,
Letting the body rest.
Your hands can be out by your side,
The palms facing up or down.
You can place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Take a moment to soften,
Feel the ground below you.
And with your next exhale,
Feel yourself become a little heavier,
Softening the muscles,
Relaxing the mind.
Take a deep breath in and a slow,
Long,
Deep breath out,
Filling the body with fresh prana,
Life force,
Fresh air coming in and out of your nose.
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing.
All is well,
All is well.
Let your awareness travel down to the soles of your feet.
Imagine a ball of glowing light,
Healing energy coming in,
Filling your feet and your ankles,
Gently rising up into the calves and shins,
Softening the muscles.
And you feel your feet and ankles become a little heavier with the next exhale.
Feel the healing light gently come up to your knees,
Softly,
Softly rising,
Filling the thighs,
Pooling into the hips and sacrum.
Any tensions you may hold there,
Feel them soften and wash away on the next out breath.
Let the healing light fill the nooks and crannies,
Digging out all the feelings of unworthiness,
Suppressed creativity,
Allowing it all to open.
Knowing that you are a creative being and connected to everything around you and to the earth.
Let the healing light travel up into your belly,
Illuminating your belly with its radiant light,
Like a thousand glistening suns,
Grounding you in who you truly are,
Your most authentic version of yourself.
Feel the light expand,
Washing around the lower back.
Feel the lower back heavy against the ground beneath you,
Feeling so grounded,
So held.
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing.
Let the light travel up the mid-back,
The upper back,
Flowing in and around the shoulders and chest.
Feel the shoulders soften,
Melt.
On the exhale,
Gently putting down the weight you've been carrying,
Letting it go,
And they wash away like leaves on a stream.
What if it were that easy?
Let the light illuminate your chest,
Feeling your heart beating,
Feeling the tensions you're holding there.
Feel the heartbreak,
The joy,
The love,
And allowing the light to fill in all the cracks,
Knowing that you're stronger healed than you ever were unbroken.
You are so safe here.
You are so held.
You are so loved.
Let the light travel down the arms,
Forearms,
Moving into the wrists and hands,
Spreading into the fingertips.
Feel the connection to the earth.
Feel the connection to your heart.
Feel the connection to your soul,
Releasing everything that doesn't serve you any longer,
Giving it back to the earth to be transformed and transmuted.
Now let the light travel up to the throat.
It's okay to speak your truth.
It's okay to speak your truth and to stand up for what you believe in.
Allowing the healing energy now to fill the head,
Filling the mouth,
Flowing down your tongue.
Allow your jaw to soften,
Relaxing the tongue,
Letting go of all the words you said,
Words you didn't say,
And words you wish you hadn't said.
Feel the light flowing up to the eyes,
Seeing things clearly for what they truly are,
Peeking behind the veil.
It's okay to see.
It's okay to see.
Letting the energy move into the forehead,
Filling your forehead,
Flowing down the sides of the head,
The temples,
And pulling into the very crown of your head,
Filling your entire head with glowing white light.
And allow that white light to open yourself as a channel to receive the teachings and lesson,
To receive the love and the light,
And to allow yourself to open up like a thousand petal lotus flower growing towards the Sun,
Allowing the heart to be radiating outward,
Shining like a thousand brilliant suns,
A mere fraction of the beauty of your true,
Eternal,
And infinite soul.
And know that you are worthy of receiving this unconditional love,
That you are worthy.
You can lay down the armor,
Held and protected in this safe space,
So that you can transmute and step into a higher version of yourself.
Every inhale,
Taking in more and more of that healing light.
Every exhale,
Letting go again and again.
Every breath,
Feel yourself sink deeper and deeper into sacred space.
You are your own best teacher.
You are your own best guide.
Remember,
All is well.
All is well.
Very gently now,
Coming back to the body,
You can wiggle the fingers and the toes,
Roll the wrists and ankles,
Giving your body a gentle stretch.
And when you're ready,
Softly,
Blinking the eyes open,
And come back to the present moment.
