Welcome to today's session.

As we begin today,

Please find a comfortable position,

Whether you choose to sit on a chair or if you're sitting on the floor or laying down.

Perhaps with a cushion under your feet.

I invite you to get comfortable and allow your spine to become nice and straight as you settle in.

You may wish to start off with your eyes open or closed,

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

If you wish to have your eyes open,

Perhaps you may try and relax the focus.

So you're not looking at one thing in particular,

Kind of as if you're daydreaming.

Everything is there,

But it's not really in focus.

Relaxing the eyes,

Perhaps even gently allowing yourself to sense fully into your chosen aspect that you wish to bring in more fully into your life.

Gently calling in that energy to you as you relax further into position.

Gently bringing your awareness now to your breath.

You may wish to take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

As you breathe out at this time,

You may wish to gently close your eyes.

As you close your eyes,

You may begin to notice the sounds around you.

Perhaps you can hear the wind in the trees rustling the leaves as it passes through.

You may be able to hear the leaves gently landing on the roof,

The ticking of the tin in the heat.

Perhaps you can hear the gentle tinkling of the wind chimes in the distance.

Gently tuning in,

Paying attention,

Listening to the sounds around you.

Also tuning into any sounds you can hear within the room.

Maybe the fan,

The gentle ticking of the clock.

As you continue to breathe,

Perhaps you're breathing gently.

You may notice the weight of the body against the chair that you're sitting in,

Or against the ground beneath you.

Maybe through the soles of your feet on the floor.

You may be able to feel the weight of your hands and your arms resting in your lap or on your legs on the floor beside you.

Gently noticing the weight of the body,

Pressing down,

Relaxing into the floor of the chair.

Allowing any thoughts to come and go.

The mind may continue to think.

Don't try to stop any thoughts or worry if you are distracted.

When you become aware of a thought,

Letting the thought go and gently bringing your attention back to the breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Gently bringing your attention to any sensations you may notice inside the body.

Perhaps noticing how your body feels.

Is there a sense of heaviness or lightness within the body?

Do you feel like there is a sense of stillness or restlessness within?

Gently allowing yourself the chance to notice any sensations as you relax.

Paying attention to any sensations within.

Maybe you begin to notice how the body is breathing.

Not trying to breathe in any special way.

Sometimes it will be quick,

Sometimes it's slow.

Sometimes it's deep,

Sometimes it's shallow.

Gently observing the breath's natural cycle.

Perhaps you may also notice the movement of the breath in the body.

Maybe you feel it as the chest expands.

Maybe you feel the stomach moving.

Maybe you feel nothing at all.

If you happen to feel nothing at all,

You may wish to place your hand on the stomach or the chest.

So that you can feel the movement of your body with the breath.

As you gently focus on your breath,

The movement of the breath within your body.

You may wish to start counting the breath.

1 as you breathe in,

Feeling the rise of the chest or the stomach.

Counting 2 as you breathe out,

Feeling the sensation of the body relaxing further into the floor.

3 on the breath in,

Feeling the chest rise again.

And 4 on the breath out.

As your body relaxes,

Let's go.

You may wish to continue mentally counting your breath to 10.

And then perhaps starting again at 1.

And maybe following this through a couple of times on your own now.

1 on the in breath,

2 on the out breath,

So on.

2 on the out breath,

2 on the out breath,

So on.

3 on the out breath,

2 on the out breath,

So on.

After you have followed the breath through a couple of times.

You may wish to visualize yourself in a beautiful forest.

The most beautiful rain forest you have ever seen.

Lush green foliage.

Temperature of the air is cool on your skin.

You may see plants you are familiar with,

You may have them in your garden at home.

You may also see plants that you have not seen before.

Wonderful dark green plants full of life and vitality.

There is a sense of comfort and a sense of wonder in the beautiful landscape before you.

You may wish to allow yourself to feel the sense of calm,

Safety and wonder in this beautiful new land before you.

Perhaps as you are looking around this visualization of this beautiful relaxing inviting forest.

You may come across a path in front of you,

Trailing through the forest.

You may also notice green grass,

Soft green grass or earth and moss on this path before you.

If you are wearing any shoes you may wish to take them off and allow your feet to connect with the earth.

Releasing any built up tension as you begin to wander through the forest in amazement.

Allowing yourself to enjoy the scenery in this beautiful cool place.

As you continue to stroll through the forest,

Allowing all that tension to drain away through the feet as you connect to the earth.

Perhaps you may come across a waterfall with a glistening sparkling pool at the bottom.

You may notice that the water is so clear,

It's as though it's a starlight sparkling in the pool.

As you walk over to this beautiful and natural pool that you have discovered.

Perhaps you may wish to dip your toes in this starlight water.

Sensing the temperature which you find is perfect for you.

It's cool and refreshing but warm,

Not too cold.

Perhaps you decide to take a dip to bathe yourself in the starlight water.

As you gently place your whole foot in the water.

You may perhaps notice the sensation of the starlight seems to be flowing in and through all of yourselves.

Touching every part of your foot.

Relaxing the muscles in your feet and your toes.

Refreshing the cells,

Renewing and restoring all the cells within your feet.

Relaxing and releasing the tension in your feet and toes.

Perhaps as you take the next step into this crystal clear,

Refreshing,

Renewing water.

You step into knee depth.

You might feel the energy of the water soaking into your skin.

Into each and every cell in your calf,

In your shin,

In your knee.

Restoring and renewing each and every cell.

Relaxing the muscles.

And allowing any sore spots and tension to release.

Perhaps you may also even sense that this crystal starlight water is also infused with your desired aspect.

You may sense this energy also being drawn into each and every cell.

As you immerse yourself in this beautiful pool of clear crystalline water.

Gently as you take your next step into this cool,

Crystal clear,

Starlight pool.

The water flows up and over your thighs.

Over your buttocks.

Your lower abdomen,

Up to your waist.

You might feel like the starlight sparkling silver water is penetrating every cell in your skin.

Into your muscles,

Into your bones,

Into your reproductive organs.

Relaxing,

Renewing,

Refreshing.

Restoring all of the cells.

Feel the sensation of this relaxing,

Unconditional love cradling you.

Like being held in the wings of the angels.

So soft,

So gentle,

So loving.

Perhaps as you step further into the pool.

The water rises up over your stomach,

Over your ribs,

Around to your back.

Up your spine,

Up over your shoulders.

Relaxing,

Restoring,

Renewing.

Releasing any sore,

Tense spots.

Filling yourselves with your desired energy to draw into your life.

This beautiful,

Loving,

Soft,

Starlight energy fills those areas with light,

Twinkling,

Sparkling,

Restoring and renewing.

Preparing any cells,

Gently allowing yourself now,

Yourself and your body to be fully immersed in this pool.

Inviting yourself to let go and relax.

You may slowly like to continue to lower yourself into the pool.

Up over your throat.

Perhaps feeling the starlight energy penetrating your thyroid,

Your voice box,

Your throat.

Your tonsils around the back of your neck.

Releasing any tension.

Filling those tension or sore spots with gentle starlight.

Then as you slowly continue to immerse yourself in the pool.

You might like to take a deep breath.

Slowly lowering yourself completely into the water.

Allowing gentle starlight energy.

Also infused with your desired energy to flow over your jaw.

Relaxing and releasing your jaw.

Over your cheekbones,

Around your eyes.

Releasing any tension there.

Through the temples and the forehead.

And completely up and over the top of your head.

Feeling into that beautiful starlight energy.

Perhaps penetrating your skull and your hair.

Relaxing and releasing any tension.

Letting go fully.

Perhaps you notice you are able to breathe under the water.

Enabling you to sit here letting go fully.

Perhaps you wish to float on the water.

Sit where you are in your chosen position.

Gently allowing yourself now to rest.

Infusing your cells and your being with your chosen desire.

Drawing that energy into all your cells.

Bringing that feeling into your life.

As you relax and enjoy the stillness within.

Relaxing and releasing your jaw.

Relaxing and releasing your skin.

Relaxing and releasing your skin.

Perhaps you can hear the twinkling sounds of the wind chimes.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the now.

To your body and your breathing.

Perhaps your hand is still on your stomach or chest.

Can you begin to notice the movement of the breath?

Chest expanding.

Stomach swelling and relaxing.

Feeling your breath flowing in through your nose or your mouth.

The coolness on the back of your throat.

Perhaps you may wish to take a few deep breaths here.

When you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes,

You may wish to wriggle your toes,

Flex your feet,

Have a big stretch.

When you're completely ready,

Sit up,

Eyes open,

Ready to share your newfound presence with the world.
