Hello!
Welcome to the returning to your body meditation.
This is a not long meditation that you can do when you're feeling floaty or ungrounded or yeah outside of yourself.
We're going to start with our sit bones on the ground.
You can also be laying down if you want to.
You can also be standing.
Going to close our eyes or gently focus a few inches in front of our face.
Start taking some deeper breaths.
Place your hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.
It's one of my favorite ways of returning.
I'm going to feel the breath pushing your hands up and down.
You're going to relax our tongue from the roof of our mouth.
We're going to relax our jaw.
We're going to focus all of our attention and energy on our feet and our legs.
Taking more deep breaths.
Starting to feel your energy coming back to yourself and feeling it.
The connection between mama earth and your body and that held support system that is always there.
With the next inhale,
We're going to imagine mama earth feeding its energy up through our feet or up through our sit bones into our bodies.
With the exhale,
We're pushing that back into mama earth.
We're making a cycle.
Inhale,
Bringing it up through our sit bones or through our feet and our legs.
Then exhaling it down,
Down through our sit bones,
Down through our legs,
Down through our feet.
Up through our feet.
Inhale,
Exhale down to mama earth.
Feeling the replenishment happening,
The returning happening,
Being fed this beautiful,
Holding energy,
Supportive energy that is always there.
We're feeling our shoulders relax,
Our whole body sinking into that held space as we inhale on this energy and exhale our energy into the mother.
We do a few rounds just quietly.
Bringing back any energy that has strayed,
Putting it back into our legs and our feet and our sit bones.
When you feel ready,
Stay in this space as long as you want and you can start wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Perhaps moving our neck side to side gently and before opening our eyes,
Trying and engaging that beautiful awareness that we just cultivated.
We can always hold that and touch that throughout our day.
I hope you have a beautiful day.
