Welcome to this practice to help you feel more content and at peace in your body and with your life.

So getting yourself comfortable with your eyes closed and begin to focus on breathing and really connecting with that experience of being present with your breath.

So inhaling through your nose and paying attention to the texture of the air moving inwards.

And as you exhale,

Being fully present with that sensation of the breath leaving your lungs and your body.

Breathing in,

Noticing the sensation of the air moving through your nostrils and filling your lungs.

Feel your body being fed and exhale,

Cleansing your mind of any thoughts that take you away from the experience of breathing.

Breathing in again,

Feeling your body being fed that in this moment,

This is the nourishment you need.

This is the only thing you need right now.

Exhaling,

Softening,

Letting go of the need to be somewhere else and doing something else.

Being here now,

Breathing in,

Feeding your body,

Feeding your mind pure new oxygen,

Exhaling and circulating out the old,

Letting go of what no longer serves in this moment.

Breathing in,

Smiling,

Feeling grateful for this breath,

For your choice to be present right now.

Exhaling,

Softening your shoulders,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your hands.

Breathing in,

Paying attention to the gentle sensations moving through your body right now.

Exhaling,

Consciously present with the full out breath.

Breathing in,

Bringing your awareness into your heart.

Feel the heartbeat,

Exhaling through your nose and softening the space around your shoulders and chest.

Breathing into your heart,

Rolling your shoulders back,

Opening yourself to life.

Exhaling,

Softening everything,

Melting away any of the walls you have put up or tension you're holding onto.

Breathing into your heart,

Gratitude,

Feeling that heartbeat,

That rhythm that's connected to life.

Exhaling,

Paying attention to how you feel in your heart in this moment.

Inhaling,

Choosing to be content.

As you exhale,

Letting go of the need to be anywhere else,

Being here fully.

Inhaling,

Experiencing that beating heart,

The aliveness in your cells.

Imagine your body as you exhale.

Breathing in,

Affirming to yourself that all of your needs are met,

That in this moment this is all you need,

And exhaling,

Again melting into the space where you're seated.

Breathing in,

Feeling the weight of your body,

Feel life supporting you now.

Exhale,

Giving thanks for that gift,

The greatest gift we could possibly ask for.

Breathing in,

Experiencing everything that's going on inside of you right now,

Smiling at the miracle of this body,

The miracle of life.

Breathing in that beating heart with so much gratitude and so much love,

Knowing that you are truly blessed to be alive in this moment and to be present to that gift.

Breathing in,

Feeling that dance with life,

With each inhale you receive,

With each exhale you give back to life.

Feel that connection as all of life,

As all people are breathing with you in this moment.

Exhale,

Sighing,

Knowing that you're never alone,

Never by yourself,

That all the plants are breathing oxygen into you right now.

As you exhale,

You're giving it all back to them.

This is life.

Breathe it into your body,

Experience it fully.

Feel what it's like to have this body and to be alive and experiencing this moment.

With each breath,

Know that everything is good,

That things are perfect so long as you're inhaling and exhaling.

You catch yourself reaching for anything anxiously.

Just come back to this breath,

This connection to yourself,

To all of life.

Thank you for choosing to be at peace and to be content in your body.

This is the best way to experience the miracle of being alive.
