Welcome to today's practice.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to dissolve any energy of anxiety you might be feeling right now.

So getting into a comfortable,

Upright position,

Allowing yourself to feel all the areas that are connected to the ground right now.

And imagining yourself growing roots down through your body and into the earth.

Feeling those roots spreading downwards and giving that anxiety in your body a place to move to.

So as you connect to your breath,

You begin to breathe into the bottom of your belly where you store any of that anxious energy.

Have for the exhales to consciously move the anxiety down through your body,

Down and through those roots and into the earth.

So breathing in fully and exhaling,

Moving the energy down into the earth,

Out of your body.

Breathing in,

Feeling your body,

Pulling new life into your body,

Exhaling fully and completely,

Letting go of any heaviness or anxiety that you're holding onto.

Breathing in,

Feeling your body and your energy expand with this inhale breath.

Slowly and completely softening your belly,

Exhaling the energy and moving it downwards into the earth.

Breathing in,

Feeling a golden light entering your body,

Moving down into the bottom of the belly and exhaling all the way with control,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Inhaling,

Smiling,

Feeling yourself being fed by life.

Give thanks for this breath and exhaling a gentle sigh of relief,

Softening your stomach muscles,

Giving yourself permission to let go.

Breathing in all the way and just imagining or seeing the thing that's causing you anxiety right now.

Imagine your energy expanding a little bigger as you see it in front of you and exhaling,

Softening your shoulders,

Your stomach,

Your legs,

All your muscles.

Breathing in fully,

A beautiful golden light into your body and exhaling again,

Imagining a downward spiral of energy down from your spine through your roots,

Dissolving that energy into the earth.

Breathing in,

Now expanding your energy so that you grow bigger than that which is causing you stress.

So fully and completely feeling your body grow more powerful.

Breathing in fully and completely,

Growing that light inside of you and expanding the energy of your body even more.

Exhaling,

Grounding that energy and power down through your body,

Connecting to the earth.

Breathing in,

Filling your body with a golden light,

Dissolving any and all anxiety,

Any all heaviness or stress.

Exhaling and softening,

Feeling yourself rooted exactly where you sit.

Breathing in,

Pulling your power back into your body,

Holding that breath at the top for a moment,

Feeling yourself full and exhaling through your nose,

Grounding the energy.

Breathing in,

Expanding your energy even more,

Feeling yourself big and powerful.

Breathing through your nose,

Dissolving,

Softening.

Breathing in,

Feeling yourself centered,

Present.

Exhaling fully,

Allowing your posture to adjust,

To sit upright,

To be confident.

Breathing in all the way,

Filling your heart with peace in this moment.

And exhaling.

Breathing in that golden light and just feeling your energy filled with that pure light and like a blanket,

Imagine surrounding the thing that was causing you anxiety.

Just covering it with this beautiful light,

Dissolving its power,

And softening your body.

Allow yourself to just take a few moments to be present with your breath,

To be present in this spot,

To see if any answers or solutions come to you.

Taking a deep,

Full breath,

Trusting and knowing that in all moments,

No matter what you face in your life,

You are equipped with the tools to be able to move through it confidently and powerfully.

And as in moments like this,

When you step back and give yourself the space to be present,

To reclaim your power,

Then everything changes for the good in your life.

So breathe that into yourself.

Breathe that knowing.

And exhaling,

Feeling your roots.

You are connected.

You are powerful.

Thank you for practicing.

Perfect. I have enormous anxiety before work every day. Even though I'm working from home, my job is incredibly intense. Every morning I have a horrible fear of not being able to do it. This meditation was incredibly helpful. I'll be turning to it again each day. Thank you!
