Hello my friend.

Welcome to today's meditation.

This is Bridge with Bridge to the Universe.

Thank you for joining me today.

Let's begin today's meditation by gently settling in.

Wherever you are,

Get yourself comfy and cozy.

Let's begin by taking a cleansing breath in through our nose.

And on the exhale,

Sigh it out.

Let's do that one more time.

Gently inhaling through our nose.

Exhaling,

Sighing it out.

If you haven't done so already,

I invite you to just gently let your eyes fold closed.

Breathing gently and easily now.

We don't need to change our breath or control it.

Let's just begin to gently witness.

And as we witness our breath,

Let's bring our awareness into our body.

Our body that does so much for us,

That is constantly working to keep us healthy and whole.

Let's gently scan through our bodies now.

Bringing your awareness down to the tips of your toes,

Maybe gently wiggling them.

Scanning through your toes and your feet,

Up through your ankles.

And throughout this process,

If you notice any feelings of constriction or pain,

I invite you to sit with that part of yourself just for a moment.

Breathing deeply into that constriction.

Inhaling,

Maybe envisioning that constriction melting.

And when you exhale,

Let it gently wash away.

Sending love to that part of your body and thanking it for showing you where you are holding,

Where you are holding tension that doesn't need to be held.

Scanning through our shins and our calves.

Coming up to our knees.

Still gently breathing.

Traveling through our thighs and our hamstrings.

Up through our sit bones and our hips.

Let's take a moment here and gently release from our hips.

Gently relaxing into the space that you're in.

Just for now,

There is nowhere else to be and there's nothing else to do.

Step to gently release and relax.

Sending our awareness to our stomachs,

Our beautiful bellies.

Taking a nice calming inhale deep into your belly.

And gently releasing.

Feeling yourself with love,

Compassion and gratitude as you travel from your stomach up through your chest.

Breathing into that beautiful heart space.

Releasing down your arms,

Your beautiful wings.

Releasing any tension in your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Your fingers.

Going back up through and releasing any leftover constriction.

Bringing our awareness through our throat.

Taking a moment here to expand and open,

Knowing that you are so worthy of expressing yourself,

Of expressing your light.

Taking a moment to honor your beautiful authentic expression,

Your beautiful authentic expression of self.

It is from this beautiful space in our throat that we are seen,

That we are heard.

When we take the time to clear any blockages or constriction in this area,

We make way for beauty and impeccability,

For clarity with our word,

For trust in our word,

For open,

Clear,

Divine communication.

Another deep breath in through your nose.

And gently releasing.

Letting go of whatever constriction or blockages were left over.

Still breathing gently and easily as we travel through the muscles of the face.

Allowing them to just relax,

To go loose,

To feel calm.

And as you travel through the muscles in the face,

Notice,

Notice how it feels when you really relax.

Letting your mouth hang open,

Your jaw unclenched,

Your forehead smooth and relaxed.

Coming up to the crown of your head,

Just noticing the space between your scalp and your hair and your energetic body that surrounds.

Taking one more gentle breath in,

Breathing from the tips of your toes all the way to the top of your head.

Gently releasing.

Let's do that one more time.

Letting in the beautiful energy of the earth,

Allowing it to ground you,

Allowing it to hold you and keep you safe.

A deep breath in from your toes to your head.

And gently letting it go.

We will now relax in silence together just for a few moments.

Following the mantra,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

As we sit and you follow the mantra,

Thank you,

Your mind may wander.

It may wander to thoughts,

To sounds,

To physical sensations.

It's okay when you notice that you've drifted away from thank you.

Without judgment,

Just gently bring yourself back.

We will sit together repeating this mantra silently.

And when you hear my voice again,

You can just sit quietly with your eyes closed.

So let's begin with thank you.

We will now relax in silence.

Piercings.

Sit gently with your eyes closed.

Allowing the stillness to settle in.

When you're ready,

Taking a nice easy breath in through your nose and gently releasing.

Before we open our eyes,

Let's say thank you one more time to our body.

A gentle scan through thanking every joint,

Every organ,

Every cell in your body for restoring,

For healing,

For showing you where constriction lies so we can heal,

So we can let go and create space for more healing.

Reaching your knees and your hips and your heart,

Your eyes and your lips and your toes,

Your fingers,

Your nails,

Your hair,

Your smile and your gentle beautiful heart.

Thank you.

When it feels comfortable,

You can go ahead and slowly open your eyes,

Maybe gently wrapping your arms around your body,

Giving yourself a squeeze.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Namaste.
