Welcome to your meditation practice,

You Matter.

My name is Brittany Lynn and this is a practice to support you on your own journey of beautifully awakening.

This meditation is one to help us release some of the self-doubt and overwhelm we may be feeling from within ourselves and the world around us.

It is a reminder that you are enough,

Just as you are.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay.

Gently close your eyes if that feels good for you today,

And begin to relax your entire body,

Inviting yourself into a space to take care of yourself.

Start to create more space within for a bit of relief,

A bit of letting go of everything outside of yourself.

Start to turn inward.

Even if you can still sense the things from around you,

The sounds that you hear,

What it feels like to be in this room right now,

See if you can just allow everything to be just as it is around you,

Without needing to change anything.

As you start to turn inside,

Just notice how you feel today.

Notice how your physical body feels.

Notice how you feel emotionally and mentally,

Without any judgment.

Remind yourself if you find something that is less than ideal,

That it's okay,

And it belongs.

Everything that has decided to show up today is just a part of your human experience right now.

Maybe it even has something to teach you.

If nothing else,

Maybe it's just teaching you how you are with yourself,

Showing you what you're like when circumstances aren't perfect.

It may give you the opportunity to step back and say,

Hmm,

Okay,

That's how I react.

That's how I see things and how I am with myself.

I recognize when I wish things were different,

And that's okay.

Everything that is here belongs,

Just as it is right now.

If at any time tears well up,

Or you feel anxiety bubbling to the surface,

Or maybe anger or sadness,

That's okay too.

Just be here with everything that is right now,

Being a witness to what is present.

And when something pops up,

Just say to yourself in your mind,

Okay,

That's there today.

I notice it,

I feel it,

I acknowledge it,

And I'll let it be.

Take a few moments to just notice.

Let's start to move a level deeper inside of ourselves,

And begin to recognize what your breath feels like right now.

Notice what it feels like to inhale,

And what it feels like to exhale.

And if it's comfortable,

Start to breathe a little deeper.

Begin to grow your inhale a bit more,

And soften your exhale even further.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

And as you continue to slow your breathing,

Soften through your body,

Allowing the earth to hold you in this moment,

See if you can invite in a bit of gratitude for the things that you have.

Even if you don't have a lot,

You have food to eat,

Clothing to wear,

Clean water to drink,

And you have this breath that you're breathing right now,

Knowing that you don't need anything else outside of you to be whole.

Gently say to yourself in your mind,

I have enough.

I am grateful for what I do have.

I don't need anything else outside of me to be okay.

I am abundant.

I am grateful for what I have.

And I have everything I need.

I have enough.

I have enough.

As you continue to recognize that you have everything that you need to be whole,

Breathe into the space of your heart.

Inhale,

And exhale.

Now begin to recognize that you are everything that you need.

You are a perfect expression of your humanness exactly the way that you are in this moment right now.

There is nothing you need to change.

If just for this moment,

Embrace all that you are,

And gently say to yourself in your mind,

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am doing enough each and every day.

I am doing my best with what I have right now.

And that is enough.

I never have to doubt that I am enough just as I am.

Just by existing,

I am enough.

I am enough exactly the way I am.

I am enough.

I am enough.

Breathe into your heart space.

Inhale this knowing that you are enough.

And imagine that any lack or self-doubt or any belief that you're not good enough or worthy or any ideas around not making the right decisions imagine that they can release with every exhale.

Inhale confidence,

Contentment,

And peace.

Exhale any limiting beliefs.

Anything that doesn't serve you in uplifting your heart.

As you continue to recognize that you have everything that you need within and that you are enough exactly the way you are in this moment gently say to yourself in your mind,

I matter.

I matter.

I matter to my loved ones,

My friends,

Everyone I come in contact with on my path.

I matter in this world just by being here.

I bring more light to everyone and everything that I meet.

I am valuable.

I am valued.

My life is important.

I am important.

I do my best and contribute each day even in the littlest of ways because I matter.

I matter.

I matter.

Continue to breathe into your heart space knowing that you matter.

What you have to say matters.

What you have to share matters.

You matter as a part of this intricate web of human existence on this planet.

Even on the days that are challenging just by giving up and opening your eyes and breathing your light into this world you matter.

Inhale and exhale.

You matter.

As you move throughout your day remember that you have enough you are enough and you matter so much.

Even just by showing up for yourself here today you matter to me because you are a part of my community.

So thank you for being here.

Take a deep breath into your heart space open your mouth and exhale,

Sigh your breath out Continue to circulate this love in the space of your heart as you start to bring a little bit of movement back into your hands and your feet Maybe give your body a gentle wiggle from side to side or a little stretch Maybe you wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a hug I invite you to allow a soft smile to fall upon your face because you matter.

Take your time and when it feels right for you gently start to blink your eyes open and make your way back into your day As you move into the rest of this beautiful day I really hope that you can take your practice with you and remind yourself that knowing that you matter is enough Move into the rest of your day with a little more love and compassion towards yourself and your loved ones
