When we look closer, at our thought, at our belief systems, at our convictions. We start noticing that, that is all they are - thoughts, belief systems and convictions. But what lays below, deeper in us. Questions like "what if you are infinite?", "what if you are connected with everything" can help us create a path to a deeper peace, a deeper tranquility. Thank you for practicing with me. Love, CDB

Hello my friends and welcome to this day 249 out of 365 days.

It is a late night session and actually it's going to be followed up by an early bird session tomorrow at 6 o'clock my time.

So welcome everybody that's going to be online here today,

This evening and welcome to everybody else listening in on later.

I do hope that you've had a wonderful day so far and the wonderful days that we have throughout our lives is something that we can reflect on and we can ask ourselves questions about so we can actually figure out what is the direction that I'm going in and sometimes these questions lead us to even deeper questions.

So I want to explore a bit today and I'm not quite sure where this is going to lead.

I do think that we're going to be meditating as usual but let's see how it develops.

Hello Christina,

Robert,

Sue,

Ines,

Good evening everybody and happy to be with you here this evening.

So let's just get ready to move our attention inwards.

It might have been a calm day for you so far or a stressful day.

So just allow yourself to just stretch whatever needs to be stretched or do whatever you need to do in order to be comfortable.

If it feels okay then just let there be a small smile on your lips,

A smile that you can feel in your eyes too.

Just connect with your breath by noticing how it feels to breathe in and how it feels to breathe out.

And you might want to lean a bit backwards maybe.

Just notice what feels right for you.

Maybe you need that support from the chair or the couch.

You maybe even want to lay down.

Just notice.

Let's take in a couple of deep breaths and really fill up your lungs all the way from the bottom of your lungs and to the top of your lungs.

Remembering the small smile,

Relaxed shoulders,

Relaxed hands on your lap,

Palms facing upwards.

Really letting your hands be heavy and the arms be carried by the shoulders.

Really relax your eyes and notice what happens when you really relax your eyes.

Letting go of any tension in the eyelids or the eye socket,

The muscles,

The tissue.

Just relax.

Just calm down and just let the breathing guide you to relaxing even deeper.

Just keep on relaxing those eyes.

The thing is that without noticing it,

Every moment,

Every time we have a thought,

We contract the eyes,

The forehead,

The eyebrows.

And if we tend to worry a lot,

It's not only that part of our body that contracts but also the jaw,

But also the jaw,

Even the tongue,

The throat,

The shoulders,

The torsos or the plexus,

The stomach.

The crazy thing is that we don't even notice.

That is why practicing body consciousness is so important.

The deep in-breath,

Just noticing whether something is contracted and just release.

And the just might be an understatement.

We need to practice releasing,

Letting go.

We might be so tense and so accustomed to be intense that it will take us a while to really get into the unconscious habit of just releasing.

Therefore,

It's so important that we have these focus areas in our body that we can check in with.

The solar plexus and the stomach are really good.

The jaw,

The shoulders and in particular the eyes.

Just notice inside of you what happens every time you relax your eyes,

Every time you just release any tension in your eyes.

What happens if you go a step further,

A step further into yourself and towards your soul?

And it might be a bit abstract because how do I know that the soul is what I'm moving towards?

Imagine being infinite.

Imagine letting go of the belief that you are this body and that you are disconnected.

Imagine being infinite and in connection with everything.

Connection with the chair or the pillow you're sitting on or the couch or whatever you're connected to.

Imagine everything being around you including your family,

The building,

Animals,

Plants,

Being a part of you,

Being you.

That all of it is you and you are all of it.

Just notice what happens when you start opening up to these layers of your consciousness,

Being playful.

So much of our pain comes from who we think we are and how we think we should be and what we are not.

So much of our pain comes from the fear,

The fear of losing,

The fear of getting.

The fear of not being good enough,

The fear of being too good.

What if all of that did not matter anymore?

Because what you identified with was something deeper,

Something limitless.

Reality is what we create.

The reality of a person suffering from schizophrenia is the same as we are experiencing.

Theirs is an uncontrolled version and ours is a controlled version.

We create our own reality which means that we are also creating our own pain,

Which means that we are also creating our own happiness and our own thoughts and belief systems and constellations.

So with our slow,

Calm in-breath,

The softest we can do,

The most peaceful in-breath that we can do,

The most gentle one and the softest,

Slowest out-breath that we can do,

The most gentle one,

The most profound one.

See if you dare and I'm choosing the word dare because often it's a question of us daring to open the doors into a deeper part of us and the conviction that we can create a deeper understanding of what this is.

Just relax and let your mind be empty like a big open vast sky with no clouds,

No winds.

Just relax.

Just be the deep sky,

The deep peace with a big smile and the awareness,

The consciousness of me,

Of you,

Creating our own realities all of the time.

So let's slowly start moving the body,

Maybe stretching a bit and start getting ready to finish off this time well spent together.

See if you can keep your heart and your soul and your mind open to seeing things differently.

Self-respect is looking at ourselves in a new light,

Allowing for our identity,

Our personality,

Our existence to become even deeper and broader and higher.

And really thanking ourselves for doing this practice and thanking each other,

Everybody here right now and everybody later listening in,

Creating this collective consciousness.

Thank you so much guys for practicing,

For opening.

And it feels like there's something calling,

It feels like there's something pulling and it even feels like some kind of playful,

Playful energy.

It's difficult to explain.

It feels very safe,

Very needed.

So thank you so much everybody for being here once again.

The days just fly by,

It's day 249.

It's a lot of days and suddenly it's going to be 265 and then there's 100 days left and wow.

So thank you so much everybody,

Thank you Sue and I agree,

Beautiful and very much needed.

So thank you Poppy,

Good to see you as well,

Robert,

Marianne,

Tosca,

Thank you Ines,

Thank you Maria and Sue,

Christina,

Thank you everybody for showing up and Marianne also writing.

Thank you for the calm energy,

I agree.

So I will see you guys back tomorrow and it's going to be an early session which is going to be dynamic meditation.

That was the challenge I gave myself but I'm also allowing for a slow,

Calm start.

You know how I work with the 365 days so that challenge is going to last for 365 days,

Building it up slowly.

When we started this year I talked a lot about journaling and sometimes I forget to talk about journaling but I want to just remind you how important and how powerful it is to journal in the morning,

Sometimes also journal in the evening,

In the evening,

Journaling whenever you feel like it but the part about reflecting and I'm you know sometimes I laugh because I feel that I'm a bit crazy but you know sometimes just I bought this watch so I could record and sometimes it's really wonderful to notice how even these small things can actually help you know sometimes if I feel very distressed or something is going on just the mere thing of you know saying it out loud while I'm recording because if I just said it out loud I would probably be considered crazy which I probably am at some level but it's okay,

It feels good.

So what I've experienced lately that now I've been doing it maybe twice a day when I wake up and and when I go to sleep is that I remember my dreams a lot clearer and I've had quite a lot of dreams lately and it's such a you know I love dreams because it's it's our pure self with all the elements in the dream being ourselves and I love you know seeing those dreams and and you know letting them be with me throughout the day to just notice what are these dreams you know pointing towards what can I learn from this.

So when I wake up I'm kind of you know and then I'm just recording and then I'm talking about what I would love to do today and what's going on and then in the evening I'm doing the same thing.

So if you're not journaling by now I definitely recommend you to do it and you can do it either by just writing or video recording or sound recording.

So thank you for now guys and I will see you back tomorrow.

I hope that you have a good night's sleep when you get that far and see you back tomorrow.

Thank you so much.

Take care everybody.

Bye bye.
