When you close your eyes,

Can you see that within you there is a universe,

Just waiting for you to find it?

Today I'm going to guide you there,

So in this time and in this space,

Let me take you home.

See yourself standing upon a hill,

Overlooking the ocean.

The day is cold,

The day is damp,

The sky is dark,

The clouds are heavy above.

In the world it's winter.

A time of space,

A time of settling,

A time of just being.

Wander along and see you come across a set of stone steps that lead you down to the ocean's front.

As you start wandering down the steps,

You see that beside them are plants that have died back for the season.

Some have done their job,

Some are simply resting until it's their time again.

You step down each step,

Slowly and safely,

Into complete comfort.

Each step,

Reaching closer to the sand.

And as you reach the bottom,

You stand on the cold,

Damp sand.

The beach is empty,

No one is there.

This beach is just for you right now,

It's just for you.

To be here,

As space is held for you.

The ocean is in front and you feel safe and secure because you are.

You are safe and secure.

And right now this is your time and this is your place.

Held for you to heal,

To feel better,

To feel good.

Take three deep,

Comfortable breaths.

That's it.

Sink in and feel everything around you.

Feel the breeze,

Smell the ocean.

Notice the cool temperature.

Hear the sound of the waves rolling in and rolling out.

Be here,

Be present.

Have you ever found yourself laced in love?

Laced in your love,

Surrounded by your knowledge that within you,

You are everything you need.

Laced in the knowledge that what you want,

That what you're looking for is already inside.

Did you know that you hold the key?

The key to the answers that you're searching for is already in the palm of your hands.

But sometimes you just have no idea that what you're looking for you already have.

And so the search continues and the answer is never found.

So it's time to look to nature to show us the way and to guide you home.

How do you see your winter?

Do you see it dark and gloomy,

Damp and unhappy?

It's time to see winter in another way.

Just as autumn shows you how to let go.

Winter shows you that the depth of stillness is a time for rest.

A time to recuperate,

To recover and to be still.

When times of anxiety feel dark and stress feels heightened,

Everything can feel too big.

Everything can feel too heavy.

Everything can feel too much.

On the outside,

Anxiety may present as almost paralyzing.

On the inside,

It's so desperately crippling.

And the speed in which you think and your mind races is furious.

In times when we stop and try and settle the anxiety,

When stillness is upon us,

It too can feel frightening.

But it's not there to do that to you.

Stillness is not present to scare you.

Stillness is there to help you hear,

To help you listen,

To listen to those gentle whispers of allowing your very own love to help you heal.

The stillness is there to care for you,

To hold space and time for you,

To help you to stop and think that everything you need and everything you want is already within you.

See the ocean.

You think you are nothing but a drop upon it.

Nothing compared to the vastness of the wave,

The depth,

The slow,

The calmness.

Nature shows us contrast between heavy and light,

Calm and wild,

The trapped and the freed.

And at times the ocean is raging.

Feelings of anger and frustration take over.

And when you watch,

The ocean shows.

It's okay to feel angry and frustrated in the safety of your space being held,

Because the calm will come and things will settle.

And at times maybe you feel small and scared to let go of those big emotions,

To let go of the anxiety.

But within you is a power that needs releasing and recognizing,

And it's not anxiety.

Anxiety is not a power.

This power is who you are.

This power is you.

Stand before the ocean.

Listen to its calling for you to dig deep and feel the depth within you.

To feel that strength of love.

It's time.

It's time to let go.

It's time for you.

Feel the calm before the storm,

But know that the storm always returns to the calm.

You can be the freed.

You are powerful.

You are a force.

You are loved.

You are a command.

Your strength is as deep as the ocean before you.

You are more than the anxiety.

Throw the anxiety to the ocean.

Out of the palms of your hands,

Give it to the waves.

Scream it away.

Cry it away.

Let it go.

The anxiety is not you.

Your power is profound as the depth of the sky,

As deep as the ocean.

Hold those waves in your hands.

Pull them up and crush them back down.

Let it all go.

Let it go.

You are safe.

Release the anxiety.

You don't need it anymore,

For your power is here.

It's within you,

And it's back.

You are safe.

Settle those waves down.

Settle the waves.

Calm and free.

Calm and free.

Breathe well.

Let go.

Turn back around and return up the steps,

Which you walked down before.

But notice that this time is all so different.

When you walked down before,

It was winter.

The grasses were short.

The temperature was cool and things had died back.

But as you walk up the steps,

Can you see that around you things are starting to grow?

New is arriving,

And the air is warming gently and kindly.

And as you walk up each step,

Further and further,

You step into your spring.

Your spring is here.

And as you reach the top,

You step into the most wondrous flower meadow.

The sun is shining.

The birds are singing.

Nature is growing.

And you can see clearly what is ahead of you.

And ahead of you is life.

A life of freedom.

A life for you.

To be you.

To feel like you.

The way you choose,

Of course.

Wander through.

Brush your hands through the tall grasses and flowers.

Feel them touch the palms of your hands.

You are free.

Feel the breeze whipping slowly around you.

Feel the sun gently on your face.

Here you are,

Within your spring.

Wrapped in nature.

Listening to the real you.

Have you ever found yourself laced in love?

You have now.

Namaste.

When I visualized tossing my self limiting beliefs into the ocean I was overcome with intensity and the waves got aggressive. It was bordering on too much but then you said to calm the waves and I was able to. I needed to know that I could do that and not just caught in the momentum. Then visualizing coming into spring (the light) as I ascended the steps, even as I was still getting my bearings, was empowering. Blessed be
