If letting go feels unsafe,

You don't have to drop everything.

You can move from control to trust one breath at a time.

Sit comfortably if it feels okay.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Begin by breathing in through your nose for four and breathing out for four.

Again,

Inhale for four,

Exhale for four.

You're not here to force release.

You're here to soften the grip.

When the next breath lands,

Let these words move gently with you.

Inhale,

I notice where I'm holding.

Exhale,

I don't need to change it.

Inhale,

Control help me feel safe.

Exhale,

I can thank it and soften.

Inhale,

I don't need to grip this moment.

Exhale,

I can let it breathe.

If it helps,

Imagine your hands loosening slightly,

Not opening all the way,

Just enough to let air in.

Continue breathing slowly into your heart and belly.

Inhale,

I can trust a little more.

Exhale,

I don't need to know what's next.

Inhale,

I'm supported.

Exhale,

Even when I don't control the outcome.

Take one more soft breath in and out.

Bring both hands to your heart if it feels comfortable.

Quietly notice trust doesn't mean giving up.

It means I don't have to hold everything alone.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and carry the softness with you.

You can return to this anytime,

Place it on loop,

On a walk if you want,

Or share it with someone who struggles to let go.

We rise together.
