Sweet nothingness.

Isn't it interesting,

This feeling,

This sense of nothing?

It's like our minds are all wrapped up,

Orientated towards the somethingness of life.

Look,

There's A,

There's B,

There's C,

There's black,

There's white.

We seem to be preoccupied with the object in question that we've forgotten to feel into the spaces in between,

Into that which animates the form,

Into that which gives context to the A,

Bs and Cs,

To the blacks and the whites.

So I invite you now to take this opportunity with me to come into our sweet nothingness,

The space of potential,

The space of soul and beyond,

The space of love in our hearts that needs no thing for contentment,

No prize,

No differentiation,

But is in itself one and complete.

Take a couple of deep breaths with me,

Inhaling and exhaling through the nose,

Feeling that you can relax your grip on things.

And just for this moment,

Give yourself permission to let go,

To just be in the heart.

Appreciating this primary sense that can encompass all things.

So as we breathe,

Inhales and exhales pass by.

As we breathe,

Thoughts may come in and out of our mind,

But we are here seeing everything unfold,

Letting it all happen and able to reside outside of the story in the great nothingness.

Breathing into your heart,

Letting your mind melt away and the sensation of your body become one with your perception and presence.

And it may feel a little unsettling to sense this great unknown,

This space of nothing.

So I just invite you to bring a little love,

A little compassion,

A real gentleness and smoothness in your breath that permits this total surrender.

Noticing each breath as it comes by,

Each thought as it may come by and accepting it all with this great love,

Great care,

Great smoothness of your soul.

Letting it all be,

Letting it all go.

Loving yourself as one.

Taking a slightly deeper inhalation through the nose,

Letting it all out.

Living with this new felt sense of space,

Of vacuum,

Of nothingness and reminding yourself of its power,

Of the great possibility that stems out of a clear mind,

Of the great spontaneity that arises without agenda and the sense of playfulness that resides here,

That awaits for us here.

And just allow yourself to naturally move and sway and breathe and sense and play to be as your inner playfulness,

Your relinquishing of control,

To be as the love and the life of the universe that surrounds you.

Breathe with it now,

Of the love and the life that surrounds you.

Be with it now without holding on but as a flow,

As a vehicle for it to be expressed,

United with your authenticity.

Taking a deep inhalation and exhale it all out.

Just letting it all settle.

Letting all the aspiration,

Energy and ignition of the soul coalesce and crystallize into compassion,

Calmness,

Into a sense of groundedness in your body.

And in these final moments,

Just bringing your hands together to your heart,

Taking a moment to hold a space of gratitude for the great well of nothingness that lives inside of you,

For the human capacity to connect with these greater contexts and inhabit them as love and action right now.

And for taking the time,

For taking this time for yourself to connect with your oneness and grace.

Thank you.

Namaste.
