Welcome,
And thanks for joining me,
Cindy Wolk Weiss,
For Just Pause Meditation.
Take a comfortable position,
One in which assumes a sense of wakefulness and dignity.
If you can,
Either sit on a cushion on the floor or in a chair.
If in a chair,
Allow feet to make contact with the floor,
Spine straight yet relaxed,
Hands resting comfortably in your lap.
If you need to lie down,
Then do so,
Legs uncrossed,
Feeling as present as you can.
Taking time to pause is a wonderful way to take a mini vacation during your day.
All it takes is pausing to sense into your body and your breath.
The breath is an anchor to the present moment,
It returns you to your true nature.
So come now,
Gently feel the breath as it moves into your body and as it moves out of your body.
Just aware of body breathing,
Breath flowing in and breath flowing out.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Noticing where in the body the breath is most vivid.
Thank you.
Taking time to settle in with your breath.
Thank you.
How is your body feeling as you notice?
All in where are we seeing this deep steaming dear bodyI sense station?
Just pausing.
To be fully here,
Right now,
In this moment.
To be fully here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Breathing.
Sitting.
Being.
May you be blessed with ease.
Being.
