Welcome.

Let this be a time to slow down,

To pause,

To remember what has never been lost.

You are not here to fix yourself or to find something that has gone missing.

You are here to see what has always been true.

That intuition is not outside you.

It is the essence of who you are.

Begin by allowing your body to settle.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Let it take your weight.

There is nothing you need to hold up.

You can rest here.

Let your awareness drift down into the body.

Perhaps you can feel the contact of your feet on the floor,

Or the texture of the seat beneath you.

Notice the air on your skin,

The temperature,

The aliveness.

Now bring your attention to the breath.

No need to change it or deepen it.

Just let it move as it wants to move.

Notice the gentle rise and fall,

The movement of life itself.

This simple noticing is enough.

If thoughts begin to wander,

Let that be okay.

It is natural.

You do not need to follow them.

Each time you notice you've drifted into thought,

Come back to the feeling of the body,

Or the sound of the breath.

Each return is a soft remembering of the quiet that lives beneath all thinking.

From a three principles understanding,

The feeling of disconnection from intuition is only ever created by thought in the moment.

It's not that your wisdom has disappeared.

It's simply been covered by noise.

Imagine a clear blue sky hidden by clouds.

The sky never left.

It has always been there.

Unchanged,

Steady,

And waiting to be seen again.

Your might notice sensations in the body.

Perhaps a little tightness,

A flutter,

A heaviness,

Or a release.

Let it all be.

These sensations are simply thought made visible in the body.

You don't need to interpret or fix them.

Just feel,

Breathe,

And let them move.

Notice again the breath,

The inhale,

The exhale,

The gentle rhythm that never asks for your attention and yet sustains your life.

This same effortless rhythm is the nature of intuition.

It moves through you without strain,

Without effort.

The more we relax,

The more we begin to sense what has always been true.

Intuition isn't a special gift.

It's the natural flow of wisdom that arises when the mind is at ease.

When we are tired,

Rushed,

Or pressured,

The noise grows louder.

But the wisdom hasn't gone anywhere.

It's just waiting beneath the static.

So for now,

There is nothing to do.

Nothing to reach for.

Just notice what happens as you allow thought to settle.

Even the smallest shift towards calm is already intuition showing itself.

The system returning to balance.

You can trust that.

Good feelings are not random.

They are reminders that you are aligned with truth.

Let that good feeling fill you now.

Perhaps a lightness in the chest.

A warmth in the heart.

A quiet sense that everything is okay.

That feeling is wisdom.

It is intuition moving through you.

Notice how it does not need managing.

It simply appears when the noise fades enough for you to hear it.

If thought drifts again,

If you catch yourself analyzing or judging,

Just smile inwardly.

You have seen the noise for what it is.

Temporary,

Innocent passing.

Then come back again.

To body.

To breath.

To the stillness beneath all movement.

There is nothing separate to find.

You are already it.

You are the space in which intuition lives.

The presence that never leaves.

Take a few final breaths here.

Let each exhale carry away the effort of striving.

Let each inhale remind you of the calm that has always been here.

Intuition is not a destination.

It is who you are when you rest.

When you are kind to yourself.

When you follow the feeling of peace.

You are already hope.

You can return to this awareness anytime.

Not to create calm.

Not to create intuition.

But to remember it all.

Thank you for being here.

For slowing down and for remembering that quiet wisdom that has always been yours.
