Good morning and welcome to your day.

Let this be a brief pause to arrive fully and connect with yourself before the day's activity begins.

Gently bring your awareness to your breath.

Feel the natural rise and fall of your abdomen or chest.

Allow your breath to flow freely without any need to change it.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Feel the support beneath you.

Notice any sensations that are present.

There's no need to strive for a particular feeling.

Simply be present with what is.

It's easy to believe that energy comes from pushing,

From efforting,

But true energy arises from alignment,

From a sense of inner harmony.

This practice is about finding that alignment within.

If you notice any tension or tightness in your body,

Just acknowledge it.

If your mind is already racing,

That's okay too.

Morning tension is often just leftover momentum from sleep,

Not a sign that something is wrong.

Notice your thoughts and let them be like passing clouds.

Observe them without getting carried away on them.

Clarity doesn't require complex solutions.

It emerges from the simplicity of being present.

Now return to your breath.

Feel it moving in and out of your body.

With each inhale,

Invite a sense of calm awareness.

With each exhale,

Release any holding.

You are here.

You are breathing.

The steadiness within you is your true source of strength.

Now,

Meet the day from this place of inner alignment,

Not from a place of force.

Take a final deep breath and carry this presence with you into your day.
