This is a short grounding pause for when you're feeling stuck,

Emotionally off or caught in procrastination.

You don't need to push through right now.

Let's try something different.

Let's pause.

P.

Pause on purpose.

Whatever you're doing now,

Gently stop.

Set down the mental juggling.

Step away from the task.

You don't need to power through.

That's not where your wisdom lives.

Just notice,

Ah,

My state of mind is a little off right now.

That's okay.

It doesn't mean anything's wrong.

It's just a signal,

An invitation to pause.

A.

Attend to your body.

Now bring attention to your body.

Take a few slow,

Gentle breaths.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Feel the air entering your nose,

Your lungs expanding and softening.

Let your shoulders drop just a little more with each exhale.

Notice your feet on the ground.

Notice the weight of your body right here held by the earth.

You don't need to go anywhere.

Just be here now.

Be with yourself.

You uncover the feeling.

If there's emotion present,

Let it be.

You don't have to analyze it or make sense of it.

Imagine you're gently running your fingers over the surface of a child's autumn collage.

Soft bits.

Scratchy bits.

Some edges you hadn't expected.

What if the feeling doesn't need to go away?

What if it's safe to feel?

Let it rise.

Let it soften.

Let it move if it wants to.

S.

Soften into stillness.

Notice if your breath is a little easier now.

Notice if your thoughts have quietened even slightly.

You haven't done anything.

You've just remembered.

That underneath the noise,

There is always stillness.

You don't have to chase clarity.

Stillness is enough.

It has its own kind of wisdom.

E.

Engage with energy.

And now,

From this quieter,

Steadier place,

You might feel ready to re-engage.

Not with hustle.

Not with pressure.

But with presence.

With energy.

With a little more ease.

What's one small step you feel pulled toward?

Go there.

Not from force.

But from flow.

Let your energy guide you.

Not your shoulds.

You can come back to this pause as many times as you need.

You're not falling behind when you pause.

You're reconnecting.

You're remembering who you are beneath the noise.

You're not broken.

You're not stuck.

You're simply in a moment of remembering.

Thank you for being here.

And for pausing.
