Hello everyone,
Let's begin turning our attention to our bodies and our breath.
Adjust your body to feel more centered in this moment.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
As you inhale,
Imagine that you're breathing in calm and peaceful energy.
As you exhale,
Imagine that you're also releasing this calm and peaceful energy,
Allowing it to circulate around you and within you.
Notice how your breath naturally slows and deepens,
Letting yourself sink deeper into relaxation.
Now imagine yourself in a peaceful and serene setting,
Such as a beach or a forest.
Visualize yourself surrounded by nature's tranquility and feel the gentle breeze on your skin.
Listen to the sounds of the environment,
Such as the rustling of leaves or the sounds of waves crashing on the shore.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Let go of any thoughts or worries that may be racing through your mind.
Allow yourself to be fully present in the moment.
Allow yourself to focus only on the peaceful surroundings.
Let your body and mind release any tension as you sink deeper into relaxation.
You may take a few moments to reflect on your day and acknowledge any accomplishments or positive moments that you experienced.
Even if things didn't seem to go quite as planned,
Allow yourself the space and the grace to know there will be opportunities to continue to learn and grow.
For now,
You can lay this all to rest as you ground yourself in this moment,
Feeling grateful for the warmth of your bed,
For the peace that comes with each breath.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine that you're drifting off into a peaceful,
Restful state.
Maybe even visualizing yourself falling asleep,
Noticing what it's like to have a calm and quiet mind,
Feeling safe and comfortable and able to fully surrender to rest.
Already feeling a bit more rejuvenated,
The thought of this opportunity to just be here.
Take a few more conscious breaths.
Continue to settle into this moment.
Continue this practice for as long as you like or need until you drift to the restorative sleep.
Thank you for your practice.
Rest well.
May you rest with ease.
