Good morning and welcome.

I'm Danielle Street and I will be guiding you during this meditation to start your day by communing with the divine in nature within us and around us.

I invite you to close or soften your eyes and take a grounding breath.

In for three,

Hold for three and out for three.

There is nowhere to go,

Nowhere to be,

Just be present in this moment.

If you are still waking up feel your body lying in your bed or maybe you are already up sitting inside or even outside and feel your feet on the ground.

Continue breathing in and out.

When you connect to your breath you become centered and grounded.

All is quiet inside and out.

Using all of your senses,

Visualize the sun is peeping over the horizon in all its golden glory.

It's a brand new day,

A fresh start.

Continue to breathe this renewing energy in and out.

Allow yourself the pleasure of dropping deeper into relaxation and being present in this moment.

Give thanks for the night that was and the day that will be.

Express gratitude for the little things that bring you joy and your thriving aliveness.

If you feel your thoughts starting to drift and you begin to focus on your busy to-do list for the day,

Come back to mindfully focusing on your breath.

Continue breathing in and out.

Give yourself this gift of time to commune with the divine in nature within us and around us.

Visualize or sense a beautiful garden as the sky turns a pale blue,

Illuminated by the sun's rays.

Can you hear the first bird announcing it's time to get up?

Slowly other birds join in to greet this brand new day.

The sun is now reflecting on the damp,

Dewy grass.

Gently lighting up the trees,

Sharing with you the promise of a wonderful day ahead.

Don't worry or feel anxious about the future.

Let go of your thinking mind.

We are all one with the universe and its creation.

Connect to the energy of Mother Nature and Mother Earth.

She already knows her daily purpose.

Each living thing trusts the flow of life,

For it is the tree that starts from the seed and the seed trusts that it will become a tree.

You can plant the seeds for the life you desire.

Can you hear the gentle nudging voice and sense the divine is within you and has a grand plan for you?

If only you can let go.

I will give you a moment to connect into your own divine energy and wisdom.

Again using all your senses,

Can you hear the gentle wing beats of birds flying overhead?

Can you breathe in and smell the freshness of the morning?

Can you feel the cool air carrying with it the promise of the day?

Can you see or sense the colors that seem to shine so much more vibrantly?

Palest pinks,

Deepest reds,

Cooling whites and the contrasting greens of wisened trees dappled with morning light.

Everything is magnified and shimmering at this time.

The promise of a new day,

Your vibration is energized.

Now give yourself permission to immerse into the blessings of the divine gift of nature and allow her to support you as you start your day.

Place your hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat with the rhythm of nature.

Allow it to nurture and replenish your soul.

Release any tension you may have been holding onto in your body.

Observe your thoughts.

Thoughts are just like clouds passing across the beautiful morning sky.

Just notice everything is going to be okay on this brand new day.

You are okay.

Everything is working out for you.

Allow the breath to bring you comfort.

Continue to give thanks for all that you have been blessed with.

Each breath taking you deeper within yourself and bringing you back to this moment of stillness.

Compassionate and kind to yourself.

Reconnect to your breath.

Continue to breathe in and out.

As you get ready to embrace the day,

Know that you can come back to this meditation at any time by connecting to your breath and magnifying this experience as you commune with the divine in nature every day.

Continue to breathe this uplifting energy into your body,

Mind and spirit.

Filling you and your soul with inner peace.

When you are ready,

Slowly start to open your eyes if they were closed.

Take a moment to softly focus on your surrounds.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are fully present,

You are fully here and you are fully now.

Ready to radiate your inner light,

Wisdom,

Love and joy on the beautiful day ahead of you and all the people that you connect with.

And so it is.

Namaste.
