So that feels necessary for everyone.

Let's just go ahead and take a really nice inhale,

And then let it out.

And then we'll go ahead and do one more.

And after you do that final one,

Really just starting to let go.

Letting go of any gripping in the body.

Letting go of even the mind that might be gripping to one area or thought or to-do list item.

And I want you to begin to inhale and take the deepest breath that you have breathed in today.

And it doesn't have to be an audible,

But really just think about filling the whole torso with the breath.

And it's this beautiful cleansing breath.

And as you exhale,

The breath will release any stagnation.

And just kind of reset to the internal body.

And go ahead and do this as many times as you feel like you need to.

And then I want you to begin to think that you are sitting here with your very dear friend or spouse or someone who you are very close with.

And think that they are asking you,

How are you doing?

And so there's a difference when your random neighbor says,

How are you doing?

And you do the classic,

Good,

How are you?

This is the honest,

Deep from the heart truth.

And it's fair if you don't know.

It is honest if you are not feeling settled or balanced right now.

And it's lovely to be in a place of feeling deep joy.

And as you think about how you would respond to your best friend or whomever you have chosen.

I want you to think about how they would respond to you.

They would probably say something along the lines of,

How can I help you?

What do you need?

They might validate how you're feeling.

They might embrace you,

Give you a hug.

And I want you to turn that into now you addressing yourself.

So coming from the same exact place as if a friend or loved one is coming from.

Coming from this very deep,

Compassionate place.

I think oftentimes a lot of us look for external people or things to comfort us when we're feeling off.

And sometimes we don't take the time to really come inward and console ourselves.

And if you're on the other end and you are in a lovely place,

Really immersing in those feelings.

Neither one of these places is constant.

And so maybe that reminder when you're feeling off.

And the same reminder when you're feeling good,

That it's not going to last forever.

So fully immerse in it.

Now drawing your awareness into your heart center.

The cave of your heart.

Imagine like there are shutter doors opening and you begin to direct your attention all the way to the back of this heart space.

And as I say these affirmations,

These words,

I want you to recite them to yourself.

I want you to place them in this heart space.

And this is where the words begin.

And from this place,

Imagining the energy or light associated with these words begin to fill the body.

And you're fully immersed in these healing words.

I am loved.

I am light.

These words are radiating through each part of the body,

Even to the cellular level.

I am light.

I am one with my true calling.

I radiate wisdom.

I am enough.

I am capable.

I am one with my true nature.

I am at peace.

I shine self-compassion.

I fully accept.

I send love to my community.

And now if you have some additional words,

Beginning to say those to yourself.

And I have one more I want to share.

I am healed.

I am alive.

And as you are either sitting or lying,

Seeing your body radiating with all of these words inside,

Deeply believing they are true.

Even if for that one moment your mind said,

I don't know about this one.

And to fully ensure that we stay in this light place,

Let's use gratitude to remove any of those extra negative emotions that might be hanging around.

And so again,

In your heart center.

Feel gratitude.

Gratitude for the people that surround you.

And those are the people you know and those whom you might not know.

Gratitude for those who have more experience than us and have taught us their wisdom.

Gratitude for our lessons that we have learned.

And acknowledging that sometimes they come from a place that requires more work.

Gratitude for all the hard work we put in.

Gratitude for those simple things,

Our shelter,

Our food.

Our water.

The people who grow food.

The people who serve food.

The people who make food.

The people who built your home.

Gratitude for the work you might have or have done.

For enough money to do anything extra.

And just sit in this place of deep gratitude.

Gratitude.

I was listening to an audio book earlier today.

And the author said that when we feel gratitude,

It is able to erase those negative emotions.

And so if for no other motivation,

Sit in gratitude just to reset where you might be or where you might have been when I first asked you or your best friend first asked you,

How are you doing?

And I want you to stay here for several moments of silence.

And we'll be here to hear my voice again.

Taking a last minute or so,

Wherever you might be.

Bring your awareness to the heart center again,

If you have started to travel outside that area.

And I want you to imagine as if you were going to fill that cave with everything.

That makes you feel whole.

And maybe you start to say some specific words to yourself.

Or you can even just use the imagery of just packing that all with light.

And also in this place,

I want you to place a violet flame.

This is St.

Germain's flame,

And it will remove anything that is not of the greatest good for you.

And just like we did at the very beginning of class,

Those cleansing breaths,

Let's do that again.

So fill that whole torso,

That 360 of the torso all the way around with the breath,

Filling it.

And as you exhale,

Get all that last negative emotion out.

And then go ahead and do it one more time.

And then connecting with the heart center,

Whether placing hands in this area,

Bringing the awareness or hands in prayer.

So acknowledging that sometimes when we are feeling off balance,

It might require a little bit more effort than just imagery.

But there is a lot to be said about a gratitude practice.

Sometimes when you feel fully abundant,

There's not room for a lot of that other self-talk that might not be as positive.

When you feel abundant,

You don't need anything else.

You're perfect just the way you are.

Acknowledge yourself.

Send love to yourself.

One more time before we conclude.

And send love to that best friend or partner or whomever you might have chosen.

That person has clearly been with you often,

And you know how they always talk to you in the most compassionate place.

And I send love to you.

I am deeply grateful that you joined me this evening.

Namaste.
