This is a short meditation using the Ask & Receive technique to bring about peace and joy for 2021. You will be breathing deeply, eyes closed, and repeating the phrases after me to help bring the frequency of joy and peace into your mind, body, and spirit for 2021..

We are going to do a meditation for coming into 2021.

We've all had a rough year in one way or another.

And this is just a way of bringing into your consciousness a positivity and a light going forward.

So I want you to take a deep breath.

You may be sitting or lying down.

It does not matter.

So just take a deep breath in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

So gently close your eyes.

Relax your shoulders.

All the muscles of your face,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your toes.

And just repeat after me.

There's a part of my being that already knows how to release the negativity of 2020.

And that part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now.

It is doing so now with grace and ease.

My mind,

Body and spirit are receiving this information.

The information transfer is now complete.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

Repeat after me.

It is safe to let go of the negativity from this past year.

And take a deep breath.

My body knows how to release this negativity.

All of its roots and points of entry across all time and space,

Dimensions and realities.

It is safe to let it go.

And there's a part of my being that already knows how to let go of the negativity from 2020.

And that part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now.

It is doing so now with grace and ease.

My mind,

Body and spirit are receiving this information.

The information transfer is now complete.
