Beautiful people,

Get yourself comfortable seated,

Cross-legged on a meditation cushion or a block even.

You can also use a chair,

You can also lay down.

Whatever makes you feel most comfortable and most present,

Get yourself in that position.

Make sure you don't feel thirsty that you have a sip of water before we start.

Maybe light a candle or an incense stick just to get you into the zone,

Into the mood,

For inner work,

For diving deep within our psyche.

The theme for today's meditation is alignment with our purpose,

The reason why we are here in this life,

In this day and age.

We often sway away from the path,

From our purpose and go through phases of toxicity,

Unhealthy habits and sometimes we live closer to our path.

Life feels more balanced and through this meditation today we want to kind of remember the why,

The purpose we are placed here on earth.

Certainly we are not born with a script or contract that tells us we're going to do this and this and this in life.

So the tricky part,

The playful part is to first discover what the purpose is.

The beauty of it is applying it and expressing it out into the world.

So let us begin for this guided meditation.

Take a deep inhalation.

On every exhale,

A sound,

A sigh,

A wave.

Two more breaths with me.

Inhale deep within the lung.

Exhale it out.

One more deep breath.

Fill up your lungs.

Illuminate your inner cavities.

Exhale.

Let everything go.

To the most sacred call that I am yet to see.

I vow today in silence that I will follow thee.

So a few things that have helped me discover my purpose is suffering.

Funny enough I had to go through pain,

Grief and quite a lot of suffering to discover things that helped me grow out of that phase and heal.

And through that I discover what my purpose is.

It's for sure always changing,

Always transforming the purpose of mind.

So don't expect to just go blink and find something and stick to it.

You might but also be open for it to change and transform into something not entirely different but something along the same theme.

Another thing that has helped me discover my purpose and also live a bit closer in alignment with it is presence.

You see presence is like a lamp.

The flame within it can burn bright illuminating the whole room around you but it can also be very dim,

Barely visible.

That serves as a visualization for your presence.

And how to make this lamp burn brighter?

Simply by noticing what goes on in this moment and following the breath in and out as you take this breath right now.

You see in our day-to-day life within a 24-hour period we take 24,

000 breaths if I remember correctly and most of them go by automatic,

Unconscious.

And in present practices such as meditation or presence practices it is helpful to notice and become present,

Conscious of breathing.

This helps to root you in the here and the now listening to my voice.

It also helps to take you away from the pain of yesterday and the worry of tomorrow and through that you are open to more possibilities because you are lighter from the burden of past and future.

You can actually see,

Hear,

Feel what is going on and through that step by step discover your purpose.

A reminder to bring ourself back to the breath.

Like we did in the beginning,

Deep inhales,

Exhale with a gentle sigh just to get things moving out,

To express and burn out any tension that is felt within your body.

Deep inhalation,

Relaxing exhalation.

Two more deep inhalation,

Surrender and melt into the exhalation.

One more deep breath,

Bring it all in and let it out.

For the next few minutes we'll lay in silence.

The talking is done on my side,

I will also wake you up at the end but for now I will stay quiet.

So you can take a couple of minutes in connection and in tune with the ever-expanding cosmos and perhaps bring a few snippets,

A few glimpses of your purpose back into your consciousness like a remembrance.

As before your breath is your vehicle,

Just follow it through breath by breath,

Moment by moment.

Let it be.

You slowly return back to the breath.

Every inhale and exhale returns back to life.

Deepen the flow of breath within the lungs.

You can also introduce gentle movements to your body to break away the stillness and invite emotion,

Expression,

The dance of life within the body.

Deep inhales and exhales.

We'll take three breaths together as one.

On the exhale give it a louder sigh like with a vocal expression like ah letting it out like that.

So firstly get rid of any air that you may have in the lungs and take it together.

Inhale,

Bring it in.

Exhale.

I know this may sound awkward from my side but if you're by yourself in your room nobody can hear you so let everything out.

Let it go.

One more breath.

Inhale,

Let it in and exhale,

Let it out.

Ah,

Gather energy,

Gather energy.

Inhale one more last one and let it out.

Allowing the body to melt and become one with the ground beneath you.

Feel those good sensations rising up within the body,

Within the mind and consciousness.

You may slowly blink the eyes open if they were closed.

Returning back to life,

We are here.

And I hope this meditation helped you catch a glimpse of your purpose and also helped you feel more aligned with your center,

With your path.

I thank you for dedicating this time to listen and be with me during this experience.

I wish you a beautiful day with much love.

Namaste.
