This Relaxing Guided Meditation, is best enjoyed wearing headphones & should be listened to while laying down in an open body position. It is okay if you "fall asleep" while listening. Take a deep breath in and out.

As you begin to look up towards your eyebrows,

Keep looking up.

It is okay to blink if you need to.

As you take another deep breath in and out.

One more deep breath in and out.

You softly close your eyelids and drop your chin down slightly.

Perhaps you begin to see you are in a stunning mountaintop with a scenic overlook and pristine landscape.

You see a captivating green field of fresh grass and straight down ahead you see a nice,

Relaxing,

Peaceful stream of flowing water.

As you look for your way down,

You find ten stepping stones that lead you to the stream of water.

You start making your way down as you take step ten.

You can see your feet,

Feel your feet with each step you take.

As you take step nine,

You squeeze your hands into a fist,

Curl your toes upwards,

Then squeeze all of your muscles in your body and then let go.

That's right.

Enjoying that feeling of relaxation coming upon you.

As you now move to step eight,

You're feeling experiencing safety as your muscles and your nerves continue to unwind and be calm.

You now take step seven.

It is okay to trust your experience knowing your experience is the right experience for you in this moment.

Taking step six,

Letting thoughts drift in and out as you welcome the state of surrender.

No noise inside or outside of the room are going to disturb you.

In fact,

They are going to allow you to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You now take step five as every part of your body is loosening,

Softening,

Relaxing more and more.

Now taking step four as you go deeper and deeper into tranquility and peace.

It is okay to let everything go for a while.

As you move to step three,

You are becoming connected to your own internal state of awareness.

Taking step two,

There's nothing you have to do or not do.

You are already listening with your subconscious mind.

Taking step one,

Arriving to your destination of relaxation,

Trusting that your experience is all the right experience for you.

And it's okay to rest if you like.

As you walk towards the stream of water now,

You may find a place to lay down.

Perhaps on the grass as you lay down,

You begin to enjoy the peace and tranquility around you.

The grass is soft,

Cushiony,

And smells fresh and earthy.

Being in peace,

Enjoying the water stream.

Perhaps listening to the chirping of the birds,

Smelling the sweet smell of the flowers nearby,

The smell of the water,

Grass,

Trees.

It all smells fresh,

Sweet,

And in some way it feels like home.

Now feeling the warmth of the sun gently brushing on your skin,

Perhaps allowing yourself permission to continue to let go more and more.

You connect with your own love,

Love within you,

All of you,

As you feel safe.

And the sunlight shines all over your body.

Feeling the sunlight move its attention onto your head,

Relaxing,

Relaxing your head,

Your mind.

Allowing your thoughts to drift in and out as they begin to fade away while your eyes,

Nose,

Cheeks,

And mouth are softening.

Your jaw is loosening and the sunlight is illuminating,

Radiating your throat now,

Releasing tension,

Clearing your throat area,

And allowing the energy in your throat to move more freely now.

Traveling awareness is now radiating the sunlight onto your shoulders.

Your shoulders release and let go.

Muscles in your shoulders are surrendering,

Dropping,

And relaxing.

Moving awareness to your upper arms,

Lower arms,

Hands,

And fingertips.

Feeling the light of the sun move freely and in the flow with the energy of your own body,

In sync and in tune with your body and mind.

Sunlight is now lighting on your chest area as your chest expands in and out smoothly with every breath you take.

Breathing in and out peacefully,

Smoothly,

As your oxygen levels are working at their best and your blood flow circulating freely and your heart is happy,

Comfortable,

And in sync with each breath you take.

You are letting go more and more,

Feeling serene,

Being calm.

As the sunlight radiates in your stomach,

Releasing tension,

Softening into a peaceful relaxation,

All of your organs are feeling liberated as you continue to let go.

Now the awareness moves to your hips and pelvis area,

Joints relaxing,

Muscles loosening as the warmth of the sun feels soothing and restoring.

The warm sunlight is traveling to your upper legs,

Lower legs,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes,

Releasing tension,

Softening and loosening your muscles.

Now this beautiful sunlight is radiating on your whole body,

Restoring your whole body.

All your nerves are calm,

All your muscle fibers are quieting in stillness and feeling calm.

Perhaps a floating sensation comes upon you or maybe tingling sensation on your toes,

Fingertips,

Or maybe in your entire body,

This tingling sensation is picking up more and more as it is your own energy,

Your body,

Mind,

And energy are all in sync,

In flow,

Together as one,

Restoring all of you while you're in tranquility,

Calm,

Stillness,

And in quietness for a few minutes.

You you you you you you you you you you as you lay there and look into the sky you see the birds fly by you see their wings wide open moving freely enjoying their experience and appreciation for the present moment connected to the present moment you absorb all of this your freedom your appreciation gratitude for all that you are you are connected to yourself to the present moment and come back from this experience feeling embodying seen and sensing relaxation harmony calm and restoration you
