Welcome,
Dear heart,
To this energizing breathwork meditation.
We will inhale for two parts and exhale for one part and we will end the second round with a Kapalabhati breath.
Please ensure to take deep breaths every time.
The inhale stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and the exhale the parasympathetic.
Let's go.
Belly chest release.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Feel this power building up.
Filling yourself with the song of life.
Turn up the volume to give good feelings to sensation.
Tap into the intelligence of your breath.
Allow the belly to expand on the inhale.
Inhale,
Filling,
Filling,
Drinking in the eternity.
And suspend the breath here while concentrating on your third eye.
Sip in a little bit more.
Hold.
Turn inward as you are suspended.
And exhale.
Hold for a moment.
And come back to normal breathing as we prepare for the second round.
In,
In,
Out.
In,
In,
Out.
In,
In,
Out.
In,
In,
Out.
The breath is powerful but not at the expense of a tense mind.
Breathe life into every cell of your body.
We switch now over to a breath of fire.
A powerful and active exhale,
A passive inhale.
Use the diaphragm,
Pump the navel towards the spine and up into the chest.
Wake up the fire energy within.
Kapalabhati breathing.
Breaking in.
Filling,
Filling,
Filling.
Hold.
Sense your already whole and complete fullness.
Everything you need you already have.
And everything you have is all that you need.
Emptying your lungs.
Purifying.
Hold here for a moment.
Soften the face.
Feel the mind expand into a sky full of stars.
Wide open heart.
And allow the breath to come back into a natural flow.
Slowly,
Deeply breathing.
Just being with the breath and allowing the breath to be.
As the body integrates this energy,
This life force.
As you are mindfully present you notice that anything is possible here.
Emanating from within every single self consciousness.
Revitalize.
Feel the glowing gratitude.
Loving everything it becomes aware of.
Everything alive for you in this moment.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Namaste dear heart.
