In this meditation, you are guided to become aware and present, here and now. It's an invitation to stop the continuous thought about what to do and create next, all that is still missing, by noticing the abundance around and inside yourself that already is, and to bath yourself in that powerful moment, now.

Moment of abundance.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Dominika and I'm so happy that you chose to come do this meditation and let me be your guide.

So before we start I just wanted to say a few words about how we so often look forward,

Which is a good thing of course.

But it's always what do I still need to do?

What do I still need to create?

What do I need to reach next?

And what are the steps to get there?

And this sometimes takes us so far out of the present moment and especially to notice what we already have,

What is there naturally,

And what we have created in our lives inside and out.

Now this should be a moment to allow yourself to bath in this moment,

Allowing abundance to be felt in your heart,

Connecting to gratitude,

To what is,

And then set a tone and energy for all there is yet to come into your life.

So let's start.

Please find a comfortable position and let's take three cleansing breaths to arrive.

So take a deep,

Deep inhale if you want.

You can also pull your shoulders up to your ears with this in-breath.

And as you exhale out through your mouth,

Drop the shoulders,

Sigh it out.

Change your position still if you feel that's needed.

Inhale deeply again in through the nose,

Pull the shoulders up to your ears.

And exhale out through your mouth,

Drop the shoulders.

And one last time.

Inhale,

Pull the shoulders up to your ears,

Deep in-breath.

And exhale,

Release out through your mouth,

Drop your shoulders.

Release.

Now if you haven't closed them yet,

Gently,

Softly close your eyes.

And with the closing of your eyes and your next exhale,

Feel how relaxation washes over you and through your body.

Let the breath calm now and find its own natural rhythm.

Notice your body in the position you took and see if you can release somewhere just a little more to settle and relax.

And start to fully focus on the breath.

And follow your flow of breath,

The inhale,

The exhale,

The soft,

Gentle rhythm.

Your connection with this moment,

With yourself,

The present,

The now.

Now let's notice where you are right now in this present moment.

Possibly,

Maybe in your own home.

It's warm and cozy,

Familiar.

You're living with the people you love and or you're surrounded by community,

Maybe in the same building or in the neighborhood.

Become aware of everyone,

Also the animals within your life.

Also allow yourself some outside noises to be noticed as you bring all those people,

Animals,

Whoever you live with,

Whoever you're surrounded with,

To your mind.

Take it all in.

And now start to visualize and see all of nature that surrounds you.

Nature that you brought into your home.

Flowers,

Plants.

The nature that you step out into whenever you leave your home.

Bring to mind all the beauty,

The flowers,

The trees,

The grass,

The water.

The animals,

Butterflies,

Bees,

Or the little beetles or spiders crawling by.

Really let yourself drift into your most beautiful picture of nature.

Bring all of nature's abundance in front of your inner eye.

Include the sunlight and settle to your most beautiful spot in nature.

Stay here.

Breathe.

Take it all in.

The smells,

The sounds.

What are you feeling?

Enjoy.

Now let's move on softly and take yourself inside yourself,

Coming to your heart space.

Maybe bring nature with you.

See yourself bringing this nature into your heart space,

Your place of comfort.

Or allow a new place of comfort to take shape.

However it is you would like to settle within yourself.

Maybe notice your heartbeat as you do so.

And fully arrive to your inner world.

Become fully present with yourself.

Now see all and everything you have created in your life so far.

Let yourself be fully absorbed by all and everything that shows up.

Starting with this very moment.

This moment that you are creating.

To sit with yourself.

What a gift.

The calm,

The peace.

The safe space to be.

Notice the abundance of all feelings you carry.

The abundance of love.

Love flowing through your body.

Love,

The one feeling we can bring all emotions back to.

Notice this abundance of choice.

Breathe into it.

And as you notice,

Allow a gentle,

Small or big smile to take shape on your face.

Notice this moment.

This moment of abundance.

And this moment.

And this one.

And this one.

Stay here.

Enjoy.

Stay present.

Breathe.

Now very slowly and gently bring yourself back to feel your body in the room you're in.

Slightly deepen the breath to help you feel the body and bring yourself back.

With your eyes still closed now,

Put your hands,

Both hands on your heart.

Once again,

Notice your breath,

Feel your heart beat here.

The life force that flows through your body.

Take this moment of gratitude.

For all that is.

Just now,

In this very moment.

And then lift your arms and your hands up towards the sky and if you like,

Lift your gaze gently open your eyes and feel how energy streams into your body.

The energy of the whole universe that surrounds you.

Your life.

Once again,

Put that smile on your face if it isn't there already and still.

And then slowly,

Slowly release your arms soft and your gaze down again.

Take in your surroundings and make your way back into your day.

Thank you so much for coming and enjoying this moment of abundance together with me.

Have a wonderful day.

And keep feeling and staying present in the abundance of each and every moment in your life.
