Breathe slowly,
Breathe deeply.
Breathe slowly,
Breathe deeply.
Good,
Good.
Let's take a couple deep breaths together.
Breathe in,
Hold it,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Hold it,
Breathe out.
Right now,
We're learning to just be with our breath,
To be present and to be still,
Still and present.
Breathing slowly and now relaxing our breath.
Just breathing,
Watching our breath.
Good,
Good.
As we enter the world of meditation,
We know that we are safe,
We know that we are secure for many,
Many reasons.
First,
Because before we meditated,
We created a sacred place for ourselves to meditate.
We put objects,
Things which represent sacredness to us,
Around us.
They're there to keep us safe,
To keep us secure.
And even as we meditate,
We can right now visualize that which is most sacred to us and see ourselves surrounded by this sacredness.
We are safe,
We are very secure because we are steeped in,
Surrounded by that which we consider most sacred,
Most holy.
Feel the presence of holiness.
Feel the sacredness all around us.
We are safe,
We are secure.
All is well.
All is well.
As we continue to meditate,
Because we are becoming more relaxed,
More at peace,
Sometimes this peacefulness can generate a disturbance.
Something within us that we didn't know was there,
That we might have forgotten,
May return.
But as we breathe slowly,
We can,
With open arms,
Gently embrace love,
That part of us,
Can allow these feelings,
These sensations,
Just to pass right through us.
Because we are steeped in God's love and all is well,
We can just let these feelings,
These memories come and go.
And all we have to do is get back to our breathing,
Following our breath,
Breathing slowly,
Breathing calmly,
And just following our breath,
Because we are in a very sacred,
A very holy place.
All is well.
All is well.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Breathe.
And what we find is,
Even though there is a change,
And sometimes in this quietude,
Images,
Memories,
Sensations arise that surprise us.
They don't frighten us,
Because we see them as being a part of us,
But we are more than they are.
We are in very sacred grounds right now,
And no matter what we remember,
No matter what we see,
No matter what we feel,
All is well.
And we just go back to our gentle,
Calm breath.
Good.
Good.
And as we feel this love all around us,
When these thoughts or feelings or sensations arise,
We can only shower them with love,
Not judgment,
Not anger,
Just love.
Love is God.
God is love.
Feel that love all around us right now.
Love is so powerful.
It's like going into a dark room and having the most powerful,
Bright lights be turned on like the sun being brought into this room.
And it's so dazzlingly bright that any darkness immediately goes away.
And all that is left is this love.
Feel the love.
Be the love.
Feel the love.
Be the love.
Breathe slowly.
Breathe.
Breathe slowly.
Breathe.
Again,
We just embrace all that we are,
All that is,
And go back to being safe,
Being insecure,
Knowing that all is well.
And this peacefulness that permeates every aspect of who we are,
We feel it,
We allow it to become part of us,
One with us,
So that even when we stop meditating,
This gentle peace on us,
This gentle love we carry with us until the next time we meditate.
