Prosperity is a state of flourishing- monetarily and energetically. Most practices are omitting a crucial key to prosperity. One must first connect and ground into the vital space of the pelvis. This is where your seat of safety and security is birthed and once you access this wellspring then your ability to prosper will flow with greater ease! During this serene, visually guided meditation, allow yourself to just Be and welcome in all of life's blessings to you. You will be exploring your inner power by tapping into the wisdom of your pelvis to unveil desires you wish to come true. You are capable of manifesting financial abundance, alignment in life, and true wholeness. Let go of your stress and constant trying to fix it, allow the tension to be washed away, and allow those now open spaces to be filled with prosperity and wondrous things.

Transcript

It is time to prosper,

To allow greater financial abundance,

To be aligned and manifesting within your system,

Within your energy,

Within your body.

To start,

Cross your legs with the left over the right,

And then at your wrists,

Cross the right wrist over the left wrist.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to come fully into this moment in time.

Bring yourself into this space and this room that you are in right now.

Allow yourself to be exactly right where you are.

Breathing in gently and slowly and breathing out,

When was the last time that you allowed yourself to be exactly where you are?

You may even sense a tension or a pang in the body or in the mind.

So often we are looking for more abundance to come in the future and yet we aren't accepting what is right here and right now.

Breathing in and out,

Allow the tip of your tongue to settle on the roof of the mouth right behind the back teeth,

Allowing the tongue to be soft and the jaw to be slightly open and relaxed.

We are positioning the tongue and crossing the arms and legs for several reasons.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Settling,

Becoming aware.

Often we have an allergy to ourselves.

By crossing the arms and legs,

We are releasing the allergy that we may have.

As we bring the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth,

We are awakening a sense of peace and calm and stability within our system.

You are physically and physiologically allowing the body to be right where it is,

To allow your energy system,

Your mind to be right where it is with greater peace and alignment.

Wherever you are resting in this moment,

Allow the spine to be spacious and long.

Focusing on your inhalation,

Each time you inhale,

Call back any parts of you that have been scattered throughout your day,

Your week,

Your month,

Or your year.

These are the parts of us that we give away to others when we are taking responsibility for them,

When we are trying to fix instead of allow,

When we worry,

When we overgive or overdo,

When we don't know what else to do out of love.

But with each inhale,

Call these parts back so that you may fully return to wholeness within your system,

Which is the true way of alignment for yourself and for others so that you may prosper and so that others may prosper while you are prospering.

Return to wholeness as you call these parts back so that your nervous system can feel more grounded.

Now with each exhale,

Focusing here,

Feel yourself settling deeper and deeper into this space and time.

Feel the jaw soften,

Feel the eyes letting go,

The back of the head expanding and releasing as the brain softens its endless thoughts.

As you continue to focus on each exhalation,

Feel the shoulders softening,

The arms getting heavy and warm.

Feel more of the neck letting go.

It has been carrying so many to-do's in the head with all of its thoughts and responsibilities and actions and plans.

Feel it all melting away.

As you continue to breathe in and focus on that exhale,

Feel the most subtle but powerful opening around the area of your heart and your lungs.

Next,

The area in the lower part of the ribcage where your diaphragm lives.

You may even place a hand here on the lower pace of the ribcage.

Gently breathing in and out,

Softening this mid part of your trunk,

Not just in the back or just the front,

But all the back,

The front,

And the sides of this mid trunk,

Awakening and flowing with vital air as you breathe in and out.

Notice the entire spine,

Breathe in and out from each and every space of your spine,

Fully activating and awakening,

From the tailbone all the way to the crown of the head.

As you breathe into the lower belly,

All the way down now into the pelvis,

Feel some softness and opening as your breath finds its way around the bowel and the bladder and the pelvic floor musculature.

Feel the expansion around your buttocks and your hips.

Feel the softening very deeply within the lower part of your trunk and allow that to waterfall into the legs,

Allowing them to become heavy.

The feet and the soles of the feet,

Soft and grounded.

Notice any parts of you that are touching the ground or surface in which you're on.

Notice that each and every one of these parts,

Whatever they may be,

Are beginning to breathe and open and expand as you return to full,

Complete wholeness.

Inhaling,

Bringing your attention to the pelvic floor and pelvis once again.

This is where your seat of safety and security arise.

When others and situations have taken us out of this safety and security,

We can restore it for ourselves and with greater alignment for what is for us.

When we talk about grounding the pelvis and the lower legs are where we come.

When we talk about creating and manifesting abundance and prospering,

This right at the seat of the pelvis and the lower half of the body is where it all begins.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Softening.

Allow a word,

A phrase,

A visual,

Or a knowing to bubble up from this inner seat of wisdom within you that can guide you in your ability to prosper.

You may find that your head wants to take over,

That you may want to find the perfect thing,

Or that you may suddenly get scattered and go,

But I just don't know.

Use your breath,

Settle down,

Back lower,

Grounding through the feet and through the sit bones and allow the wisdom within your core to bubble up to you.

Allowing this to be whatever it is,

Now visualize that there is a beautiful amount of gold,

A beautiful golden flecks that are in the air,

That sparkle.

It is this gorgeous healthy mist and it is surrounding you right now.

Feel this on your skin.

Sense it in your energy field.

Visualize this prosperous beauty all around you.

This is abundance,

Prosperity,

Which is in the air.

And I would like to invite you now to take a beautiful breath in and allow this beautiful golden mist,

This healthy vibrant mist to breathe in to your entire being,

This prosperous abundant gold air.

And let each breath that you take fill your entire system,

Each and every cell of your body.

As you continue to gently breathe in and out,

Breathe all the way down to the pelvis where the birthplace of your prosperity arises.

All the way down on your next inhale to the message that you received from your pelvis in this inner wisdom.

On the next inhale,

All the way down to the soles of the feet,

Everywhere filling this beautiful golden light sparkling within you,

Front,

Back,

Sides,

Top and bottom.

Keep breathing it in and allow a full complete exhale each and every time.

Notice what it feels like to have this beautiful golden prosperous energy and mist around you.

And now notice what it feels like to embody that it is within you.

It is you.

It has been in your energy field.

It has been lingering,

Waiting for you to receive it.

And now you have.

Notice how you feel.

Keep your attention in the lower half of the body,

Slightly more than the upper half.

Taking a breath in and gently out and bringing your attention fully to your whole body equally.

Next,

Inhale and bring from the pelvis all of this beautiful golden energy and the wisdom that you received today,

Bring it up through the abdomen,

Through your heart,

The throat and into the crown of the head and exhale.

Let your abdomen be soft,

Your jaw and your legs and your shoulders to be soft.

Take a deep breath in again,

All the way down to the pelvis.

And as you exhale,

Drawing all of that beautiful gold air and wisdom upwards again through the abdomen,

The heart,

The throat,

All the way up to the crown of the head and just release.

Release your entire body even a little more.

Feel the wholeness and the prosperity that is within you as you have claimed what has been waiting for you.

Rest in this knowing.

Be open and curious as peace and calm and clarity allows you to expand.

You are ready.

You have now claimed what is yours.

What is yours to not just benefit you,

But to allow greater unconditional love to waterfall out from you into your family and your community and our world.

As you claim,

So are others.

They are set free too.

Gently allow the eyes to open if they have been closed.

Moving your fingertips and your toes,

Circling your wrists and your ankles.

Gently moving the spine,

Maybe doing a few little circles with your pelvis or rocking the pelvis,

Allowing yourself to gently come back to your day.

And go back knowing that you are whole and prosperous.
