Close your eyes,

Body relax,

Notice the ease of your breath.

We are setting out on a journey to the very core of your being.

There's nothing to achieve,

Nothing to change,

Just be here.

Let your breath flow naturally,

Become aware of it.

Where do you feel it most?

In your nostril,

In your chest,

In your belly?

Where do you feel it most?

In your nostril,

In your chest,

In your belly?

Observe it effortlessly.

Observe it effortlessly.

Where do you feel it most?

Where do you feel it most?

In your nostril,

In your chest,

In your belly?

Observe it effortlessly.

Shift your attention to the very act of awareness.

You are aware of the breath,

But who is aware?

Who is noticing the breath?

Don't try to answer with your mind.

Just direct your attention there.

Shift your attention to the very act of awareness.

You are aware of the breath,

But who is aware?

Who is noticing the breath?

Don't try to answer with your mind.

Just direct your attention there.

In your nostril,

In your chest,

In your belly?

In your nostril,

In your chest,

In your belly?

Listen to this moment.

We begin with the most fundamental truth.

I am.

This is knowledge that requires no proof.

You know that you exist.

But what does this I mean?

Before you call yourself anything,

A man,

A woman,

A body,

A name,

A role,

Simply feel.

I am.

This awareness has always been with you.

It was there before you learned to speak.

It was there before all knowledge,

Before all beliefs.

It simply is.

Drop everything you know about yourself.

Let go of your name.

Let go of your age.

Let go of your story.

Shift your attention to the very act of awareness.

You are aware of the breath,

But who is aware?

Who is noticing the breath?

Don't try to answer with your mind.

Just direct your attention there.

To speak.

It was there before all knowledge,

Before all beliefs.

It simply is.

Drop everything you know about yourself.

Let go of your name.

Let go of your age.

Let go of your story.

What remains?

What remains?

Awareness remains.

What remains?

The sense of I am remains.

Now feel that this awareness is not your personal possession.

It does not belong to the mind or the body.

It is the fundamental ground of existence itself.

It has not changed since childhood.

It is the same.

Feel it.

Notice that even without thoughts,

You still exist.

Without ideas about yourself,

You still are.

There is no need to hold onto thoughts in order to be.

This is how the sages saw reality.

The Upanishads say,

You are that.

Tat tvam asi.

But what is this that?

It is not an object.

It is not a thought.

It is not a feeling.

It is pure awareness.

It is pure awareness.

When you chant OM,

Let it vibrate within you.

But don't cling to the sound.

Beyond the sound,

There is silence.

In that silence,

Everything exists.

In that silence,

You exist.

What happens when you just observe?

There is nothing but awareness.

This awareness has no form.

It is not tied to the body.

It has no boundaries.

Beyond the sound,

There is silence.

In that silence,

Everything exists.

In that silence,

You exist.

What happens when you just observe?

There is nothing but awareness.

This awareness has no form.

It is not tied to the body.

It has no boundaries.

The Vedas say,

Look within,

You will see the infinite.

What do you see within when you let go of thoughts?

Feel that I is not an idea.

It is not I am good or I am bad.

It is not even a personality.

It is pure presence.

It is always the same.

You are aware.

So you are not thoughts.

You are not the body.

You are pure awareness.

You have always been this awareness.

You cannot become it because you already are it.

You cannot lose it because it has never left you.

Let this truth settle within you.

You have always been this awareness.

You cannot become it because you already are it.

You cannot lose it because it has never left you.

Let this truth settle within you.

Gently open your eyes.

Feel this moment.

You are still here.

You are always here.

You are always here.
