Hi my friend.

We have all experienced some sort of pain or hurt in the past and I encourage you to work with a therapist in addition to using meditation as a healing modality.

You are worthy of all the support to heal and move on from pain.

Allow yourself to relax your body.

Soften your entire face.

Feel the shoulders slide down your back.

Feel the connection between your hips,

Your legs and your feet and all that is holding you.

Let yourself be held and grounded here.

Follow your breath in.

Follow your breath out.

Allow all your attention to be on yourself,

Your heart,

Your mind.

Let your soul breathe here.

Let yourself take up space.

The person that never gives up on you has to be you and you can be your own biggest supporter.

If it feels safe,

Placing your hands over your heart.

Take a breath in and take a breath out and whisper to yourself,

I love you.

I am here and I am not going anywhere.

I love you.

The truth is you cannot go back and change anything but you can start where you are and change the ending and create a new narrative.

You are worthy of feeling good.

You are worthy of feeling the relief and letting go of the past.

Repeat these affirmations out loud or in the quiet of your own mind.

Right now,

I release each and everything that is attempting to weigh me down.

Feel yourself being released from the trap.

Notice how these affirmations have shifted you.

Maybe if it feels safe you wrap your arms around you,

Giving yourself a hug,

Holding you,

Whispering anything else you need to hear.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Releasing the hands,

The arms back into your lap.

Just feel for one more moment.

Feel what is present here now.

Maybe write down an affirmation that really resonated with you and repeat it every day.

Continue to meet your heart and reconnect to your breath.

Taking it one step at a time,

Moving on,

Moving forward with love.

One more breath in and release.
