Hi my friend,

Just be here now,

If it feels right to you closing your eyes,

Start to see yourself here,

Meet this version of you,

Without any judgement,

Just notice how it feels to be you in this moment,

Find a slow breath in and a slower exhale,

This moment is your actual life,

The past and the future cannot truly be lived in,

Right now is all that matters,

All that is real,

Get really present now,

Notice what is present around you,

Without opening your eyes,

Just see the room you're in,

Or see the environment you're in,

Not trying to fix or change anything,

Just be present with it,

Breathe out,

Notice the sounds around you,

Near and far,

Feel the temperature of the air around you,

Become present with how the clothes feel against your skin in this moment,

Start to feel into what feelings are here,

What is present on your heart right now,

Become present with your mood,

Your energy,

Just creating this awareness without any expectation or desire to fix or change,

Just be present,

Be with what is,

This moment just needs your attention,

This is the power of your presence,

It allows you to take back your life and be here,

So you do not miss it,

Even if right here isn't where you want to be,

Even if you don't feel your best,

You are here,

You are enough,

Be present with this truth and here my friend within the present moment,

There are gifts,

There is always peace,

There is always calm just waiting to be rediscovered,

Slow breath in,

Slower exhale,

Zaina Keithley writes and if only for a moment I hope you can watch the sky and breathe and feel your heart beating inside your chest and remember what it is like to not worry about yesterday or tomorrow and simply be here now,

Exactly where you are,

Maybe it's not where you ultimately want to be but maybe for today it's exactly where you're meant to be,

Maybe this is where life's treasures are hidden and all it takes to find them is your wholehearted presence,

Breathe around that,

Inhale,

Exhale,

What gifts,

What treasures are hidden right here in the present moment waiting for you,

Really feel the power of this present moment,

Feel the power of your present mind,

Notice what is present now,

Notice how it feels to be you right here,

Right now really slowly become aware of your body and space,

Finding some intuitive movement,

Taking your sweet time to reenter your space,

Go slowly and keep returning to the now keep giving yourself the gift of the present moment,

Gently flutter your eyes open if they were closed my friend,

One more cleansing breath in,

Release,
