You might have an idea of what success looks like, but one of the key components to energetically call in success, achievement, or desires is to get in touch with the feelings of bringing them into your reality. This meditation is designed to guide you into this experience to anchor your desires consciously and subconsciously to bring them to life.

Begin by moving yourself into a seated position with your back nice and straight and your feet flat on the floor and reaching your head up toward the ceiling so that your spine is nice and straight so that you can really focus on this achievement meditation as we go through each step.

Once you're settled just closing your eyes,

Just bringing your awareness to your breath,

Taking nice deep breaths,

Feeling every inhale and feeling every exhale,

Using this time and this focus as a way to bring you into the present moment and to settle your mind from anything that you were doing before or anything that you will be doing later on.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Imagining that a wave of relaxation is going to wash over your body from the crown of your head,

Going down over your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Just allowing them to soften,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Chin,

Your neck,

Just washing away any tension,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to your knees,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Your ankles and your feet,

Allowing these parts to melt into relaxation,

Breathing into those areas,

Any areas that might feel like they're still holding on,

Softening everything with every exhale that you take,

Noticing your inhales,

Turning your attention back to your breath,

Noticing where you first feel the inhale and where does that inhale initiate or start,

Is it in your nostrils,

Is it in your chest,

As it rises to take in the breath,

Maybe it's somewhere else but wherever you notice it is perfectly fine.

And then bringing your awareness to the exhales,

Again notice where the exhale initiates,

Where it starts,

Maybe it's right in the bottom of your belly,

Maybe it's in your chest and your lungs,

Again whatever you notice is perfect for you,

Just focusing on your chest as it rises and falls,

Like the waves on the sand at the beach as they come in and then go back out.

Now turning your attention to your heart space and you may want to place a hand on your heart or both hands on your heart and despite whatever might be happening externally I just want you to think of the most loving feelings that you have that are available to you,

To open your heart,

To the love that we give,

The love that we receive,

The knowledge that we give love and receive love and are worthy of love and anything that we desire.

Now I invite you to think about something,

A goal,

An ambition,

Something that you're working towards,

Something that your heart desires and that you really,

Really would love to make happen.

Keeping your eyes closed I want you to visualize what your life would look like if this goal or achievement was accomplished,

If you had arrived at that place where this had come true.

And just taking note of what it actually looks like,

Maybe you're in a certain location,

Maybe there's certain people around you,

Certain smells,

Certain landscapes,

What you're wearing,

Any colours that seem to be popping up,

Just taking in as much detail as possible and how it feels in your body at this point of arrival and how it feels and emotionally building out this point in time,

This future timeline like you have transported yourself into that moment and that it is all happening right now.

And noticing how it feels in your heart to be in this place and this version of you.

And just taking a few more moments here in this new reality,

Being as clear as possible,

Noting everything that you see,

Feel and hear,

Maybe even what you're saying or what you're doing in this moment.

And taking these feelings,

These images,

These sounds,

And just taking them away into your heart where you can carry with you and are available to you at any point in time to remember this feeling because it's really not that far away for you,

You're on the right path.

It's just about taking small steps and small actions to bring you closer to this outcome and having faith in the process that whatever the outcome is,

Is the outcome that is meant for you.

And then when you're ready,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the room,

Just bringing some movement to your body.

You might want to roll your head clockwise,

And then anti-clockwise.

And for the next few moments,

Just think about these things,

These feelings,

These thoughts,

These images with your conscious mind.

So that you're also consciously really,

Really clear of how this looks and feels for you.

You may want to journal or write something down.

I'm sending you so much love on this journey,

On this path to bringing your dreams into reality.
